Zeer net en verzorgd hotel, met vriendelijke ontvangst. De reservatie verliep vlot en zeer correct. De prijs voor 1 nacht was meer dan schappelijk ! De kamers zijn ruim voldoende om te overnachten en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid ! Bij ons volgende bezoek aan Europa-Park weten we waar naartoe om te overnachten !

Accueil sympathique,conseille et parler français Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct Attention ! La taxe de séjour est élevé 10€ pour une nuit à 3 payable en espèce uniquement bizarrement. Alors qu'à 3 km delà nous avions payé 6€ pour 3 nuit à 3, Freundlicher Empfang, Beratung und Französischkenntnisse Sauberes und komfortables Zimmer. Ordentliches Frühstück Aufmerksamkeit ! Die Kurtaxe beträgt 10 € für eine Nacht mit 3 Personen und ist nur seltsamerweise in bar zu zahlen. Während wir 3 km entfernt waren, hatten wir 6 € für 3 Nächte für 3 Personen bezahlt,

Hotel très bien situé à 5 minutes d’Europa-Park. Déco un peu kitch, mais très propre. Accueil en français, un plus pour une famille peu bilingue. Le petit déjeuner est simple, correct mais sans plus. La chambre était grande et bien équipée. On voyait que les meubles avaient un peu vécus mais c'était très net.

Si la notation était sur 10, j'aurais mis 9. Petit parking devant l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste nous indique une solution pour se garer plus facilement. Réceptionniste francophone qui est très sympathique et courtois. Disponible jusque minuit. Chambre spacieuse qui pourrait accueillir 5 personnes. Ménage pratiquement bien. Carrelage par terre. Douche moderne. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner allemand et français. Croissant, pain, oeufs brouillés, fromage, charcuterie. Très bien. J'y retournerai si je retourne à Europapark.

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui est sur deux étages à 5min de europa park le réceptionniste Ali au petit soins il y a un petit déjeuner léger mais correct très grande chambre la douche et bien et au calme. Il y a un restaurant japonais, une pizzeria the italian à 8min à pied qui est bien. Un grand frigo dans la chambre . Super séjour!!

The room was very spacious and clean, comfortable enough to fit 4 persons with no issues. It would be nice to have an extra towel for the foot, when stepping out from the shower cabin. Breakfast choices weren't various, but everything was fresh and delicious, especially croissants.

Zimmer war okay für den Preis jedoch war das Personal sowie das Frühstück nicht besonders gut. Beim Frühstück gab es sehr wenig Auswahl, eher sehr billige Ware. Das Personal war auch mehr mit Reden beschäftigt als alles andere. Die Rezeptionisten waren eher demotiviert und am Telefon sehr unfreundlich, E-Mail wurden nicht beantwortet. Das Zimmer an sich war okay jedoch sehr feucht und Schimmel gab es leider auch. Das Hotel war extrem ringhöhrig, am Morgen konnten wir nicht schlafen weil es sehr laut war, in der Nachr höhrte man alle vom Nachbarzimmer reden obwohl sie in einem normalen Ton redeten.

Das Hotel sieht ziemlich neu aus ist aber sehr billig und ungemütlich eingerichtet (z.B. keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern). Der Frühstücksraum ist verhältnismässig viel zu klein uns sehr eng bestuhlt. Mann muss mit chaos und langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Würde nicht mehr hingehen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour aller à Europapark et n’avons pas été déçu. Réception en Français le soir, personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner simple mais efficace et emplacement idéal pour rejoindre le parc (c’est vraiment à 5min de voiture et vous avez même un LIDL sur le chemin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose). La chambre en soit est spacieuse, le petit frigo est le bienvenue et nous avons adoré le côté « original » de la déco. Rien à redire sur la propreté. On sait où nous retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour au parc !
