The reception lady was very helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and she immediately provided it to us. Room with a huge sharing balcony, you can access other rooms via the balcony.
The room looked clean but we saw a huge spider web on the corner wall.

We were there for the second time and would love to come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another tip for saving money: There is a Norma supermarket nearby where you can buy snacks/drinks before you head off to Europa-Park.😉

This is a great hotel. Both the hygiene and the room layout make people feel comfortable. The hotel is less than ten minutes' drive from the European Park. If you are traveling by car, it will take about 30 minutes to drive to Freiburg and Fort de France, and about 1 hour to Colmar. The geographical location is very advantageous and it is worth choosing to stay again.

The introduction said that this room type does not accept children. I called and it was confirmed that it was available. The room has two bedrooms and one living room, complete kitchen utensils, and convenient parking. It is very suitable for going to European Park. There is a bus at the door that goes directly to the park.
