The place was great. Noted a 4 for location because I was on the freeway side and it was a little noisy. Checked in last minute very late and they were wonderful. First time staying in a Tru and will do so again.

Tru is a delightful new chain for Hilton. I would call it a basic but very clean hotel. Front Desk Kathy was very pleasant when we checked in. We selected our own room through the Hilton app that was very easy to do and selected room 525. It was suggested to stay on the top floor if we didn’t want to hear anyone above us and we did. It was also suggested to stay in an odd numbered room if we didn’t want to hear the interstate which we did that too. So we could get some sleep. The actual shower was big and really nice. However the handle in the inside part of the shower came off on one side. We reported it to the front desk who thanked us for letting them know. The breakfast and sitting area were very nice. They had pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, toast, juices, coffee etc are all free. This Tru Hilton chain we learned is about 4 yrs old. So if you haven’t tried them yet I would definitely recommend them.

This is our second stay here and the hotel is clean and quiet. Only had 1 working elevator. The breakfast was not nearly as nice as it was last year.
