Problemas para jantar pois o hotel não disponibiliza essa refeição e todos os lugares próximos estavam fechados. Na recepção recebemos pouca ajuda e zero preocupação em como íamos conseguir comer. Foi nos recomendados 3 lugares para irmos pelo hotel e os 3 lugares estavam fechados.

Fue una estancia corta pero muy placentera, las instalaciones muy lindas de acuerdo a lo publicado, la piscina externa muy grande y limpia, el gardin es lindo y relajante, tenia mesa de ping pong y metegol, el desayuno muy bueno, destaco principalmente la atención del personal, Fernando de recepcion impecable, muy claro en la información y siempre atento enviándonos mensajes informativos de cosas que podíamos hacer y siempre amable.

El grato lugar, enmarcado en un lindo paisaje, hace de este espacio una gran escapada para descansar. El personal es dispuesto y atento. El desayuno sugiero fruta fresca en vez de conservas. Y algo que me llamó muchísimo la atención fue la falta de aseo. Había polvo en el suelo , pelusas debajo de la cama y en los rincones. Soy administradora en un sitio, paso por todos lados verificando el aseo permanentemente. Deseo que les vaya muy bien y quisiera ir en familia.

Originalmente não íamos nos hospedar lá pois a ideia era dormir numa pousada em Los Andes e seguir para Portillo . Com a neve que varou a noite a estrada ficou interditada e não pudemos subir . Planos mudaram e o programa tb …fizemos reserva pelo booking um dia antes e entramos já para o café da manhã . Liberaram o quarto antes o que foi perfeito pois estávamos super cansados . Limpo, agradável , confortável ! Tudo que precisávamos. A piscina aquecida não estava quente e não conseguimos usar. Com a dica certeira do frontdesk fomos almoçar em um restaurante tenedor libre chamado Toro Bueno local é incrível !! Depois dica dele ainda passeio com degustação de vinhos na vinícola boutique e El Escorial (fiz tb a resenha dos 2 locais) . Jantamos no hotel (embora o restaurante fechasse bem cedo) Agradecemos a hospedagem e toda a ajuda

Llegamos por casualidad y fue grato sorprendernos. Lugar perfecto para descansar, lejos de todo, pero cerca de lo que necesites, sin bulla, buenas piscinas, excelente atención de todo su personal. Café Bar de la piscina muy bien atendido. Buenos restoranes y viñas cerca, idea familia o pareja pero para 100% desconexión, piscina temperada en invierno, spa completo con precios accesibles. Dato: si pueden, prefieran las habitaciones del 2do piso, por su luminosidad. Felicitaciones !!

Buen precio calidad diría que para desconectarse de Santiago pues tiene piscina terraza aire libre zona de jardín excelente para familia. El desayuno es nivel bueno (para el precio, hay mejores con hoteles de mejor categoría) pero para este cumple lo básico y más. Lo mejor es que consumiendo en Juan y medio se puede hacer un late check out que le da un muy buen valor agregado Negativo falta que mejoren limpieza (reponer) almohada y cobertores

Estando cerrada la frontera con argentina decidimos quedarnos allí y terminamos disfrutando nuestra estadía con la piscina climatizada y el spa la parte gastronómica muy buena del restaurant Juan y Medio en general muy recomendable por calidad y precio
