Pasamos dos días increíbles con amigas. Hermoso Hotel y personal muy amable , las habitaciones son amplias . El restaurante también está muy bien , con una carta completa . Sin dudas volvería . La propuesta nos pareció ideal para lo que buscábamos .

Estuve 2 días planeando con mi niño ir a la pileta climatizada, pedi información en recepción DOS VECES, me hicieron una visita guiada a la misma, esperé hasta el martes porque me explicaron que el lunes no iba a funcionar, cuando vamos a ingresar me dicen que es para mayores y me tuve que pegar la vuelta. HORRIBLE.

no tuvimos agua caliente durante toda nuestra estadia. el desayuno muy bien, lo mismo que el gimnasio. pero no nos solucionaron el problema del agua caliente ni tampoco nos hicieron una devolucion economica por el inconveniente.

Fui una noche, tome un cuarto con balcon y vista, con intencion de descanso. Nada de eso ocurrio Fue una pesadilla: 1) no tiene cochera ( aunque dicen que si) 2) no funcionaban ni los comunicadores ( tuve que levantarme, cambiarme y bajar hasta para Servicio get up. 3) lo peor: habia una fiesta en la planta baja del hotel con musica a Volumen muy alto hasta tarde. A la 1.10 de la mañana me ofrecieron que me levante, me cambie, junte mis cosas y me cambie de cuarto a esa hora. Termine a la madrugada con dolor de cabeza por el Volumen de la musica y el cansancio. A la mañana siguiente me retire mucho mas cansada que cuando llegue. Pague un servicio que NO recibí. Tampoco se hicieron cargo, reitero que pague un servicio que NO brindaron. Lamentable todo Todo una verguenza A la mañana pensaba desperterme a disfrutar de la mañana.

Me hospedé y el frigobar no funcionaba. EL Bidet del baño en zona de Bussines center tampoco..Uso de piscina y sauna cobran aparte. Desayuno y Cena fue buena. Check in lento jna sola persona atendiendo y lenta en procesos. Cobran anticipado

The hotel is nice and the location is great, with wonderful view. But it lacks management and maintenance. I had two change rooms two times in 4 days because de ac was not working. And in both times nobody help me to change my things, to a room in another floor. It is a big hotel and there was always only one person in the lobby, and very junior. The rooms was also not very clean, with hair on the floor and linen. One of the rooms had a leak in the shower, with very hot water that could burn you. We can see there is no training. It is really a pity. The SPA Ang GYM in the other hand is very nice, clean and with new equipments.
