La habitación muy sucia, el agua potable de la regadera y la llave era totalmente SALADA y amarilla. Las camas muy incómodas y viejas. Las almohadas olían muy mal. Primera y última vez que me hospedó en este lugar.

Es un buen hotel familiar, aún que está ubicado frente a la playa, la ubicación está un poco compleja ya que está rodeada de varios puestos y otros hoteles que además no hay suficiente espacio para ir con auto, también otra de las cosas que deberían mencionar que el check-in es como a las 11 pero la entrega de habitaciones es hasta las tres, cuánta con una alberca y servicio de snacks y bar libre, también con un restaurante sin costo alguno ya que es TODO INCLUÍDO, también cuánta con un área exclusiva para la playa y regadera para bañarse y quitarse la arena en lo personal es muy bueno

The location is great, the rooms not so much. Better food is available off the resort. The pool is behind the hotel and away from the beach. The pool area has constant techno-pop noise that is not music and is not quiet. It is the most annoying thing. Vote with your $$$ and spend it elsewhere.

Limpieza muy deficiente de las instalaciones en general, por el precio que pagamos no ale la pena los servicios y los alimentos, el servicio si fue muy atento. En cuanto a la playa es perfecta para los niños lástima que la gente deja mucha basura por lo que hace de la playa un lugar muy sucio
