Rimini Hotels with Airport pickup service

L'hotel ci è stato assegnato dopo aver acquistato un pacchetto per capodanno. Da fuori appare immediatamente vecchio e tenuto male. Alla reception siamo stati accolti con umorismo e battute che definire poco gradite è un eufemismo. Una volta entrati in stanza ci siamo trovati in una lercissima topaia. Sia i muri che le tende presentavano enormi macchie di chissà cosa. La cassaforte malamente appesa a un muro e il frigobar sporco. Sfortunatamente questo è nulla in confronto al bagno. Dalla descrizione dell'hotel sembra quasi che la mancanza di un box doccia sia un pregio quando invece devi praticamente lavarti sul lavandino. Una schifosissima tenda divide il wc e il bidet dal lavandino/doccia, se non rimossa te la ritrovi in faccia qualora tu debba usare uno dei due. Punto a favore il fatto che se si toglie la tenda si può facilmente usare il lavandino e il wc contemporaneamente dato che seduti sull'ultimo ci si trova praticamente con la faccia nel primo. Unica nota positiva in questo mare di sporcizia il balcone spazioso (anch'esso tenuto malissimo)

The breakfast is very delicious, the wifi is also very good, the room is clean, the hotel also has its own restaurant, it has a good atmosphere at night, there is also a gym, the elevator is swiped to the floor, and the safety factor is very high.

We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

This was a lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a spa suite on the top floor and it was great. There was a lovely bottle of prosecco and some snacks on our arrival along with rose petals on the bed and a jacuzzi tub with a retractable roof---everything to make your trip sensational. The location is very convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very professional and accommodating and valet service for the car an added benefit. The property faces the beach and there is a very nice walkway that parallels the shore along the beach clubs and is also good for making use of the bicycles that the hotel provides. We wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend this property to anyone visiting Rimini who wants to be centrally located in the city.

The room is not bad, but the hotel I booked is closed seasonally, and there is no notification when I change to another hotel. I wonder if it is Ctrip's problem? Or is it a hotel problem? But there must be a problem with Ctrip. I booked a hotel from Ctrip. At that time, I called Ctrip at the door of the hotel and said that they would not answer the phone during non-working hours. Check-in was without any problems except for the deposit of 300 euros which was returned to us upon departure from the hotel. The room is just gorgeous, the prices in the mini-bar are adequate, real Italian espresso, herbal teas and so on are welcome! We had dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel restaurant, a very extensive selection of dishes. The dinner was very tasty at quite adequate prices! The choice of breakfasts is also amazing and pleasant in quality of cooking! A heated pool with a jacuzzi operating around the clock is a miracle. The staff is very friendly and pleasant towards guests! Good prices for sunbeds to the hotel beach, warm sea, everything is beautiful! On the last day we went to the spa, a beautiful view of the city from the balcony and a magnificent view of the beach and the sea from the bath. This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!

The hotel man remains a certainty for me. Even with the new management, nothing has changed, careful and professional, he has been frequent since he opened taking the same room, besides the famous breakfast and aperitif, he added the news of a small but pleasant paper for the Cena. Central location very convenient.

Great front desk customer services. Melina assistance with my third party booking problems was very appreciated. Very nice and spacious room with very good breakfast. We will certainly return to this hotel.
