Amsterdam Suite Hotel & Spa

The hotel booked for the exhibition was very convenient to the exhibition hall, and the hotel staff were also good. When I went to the hotel, I found that the on-site booking price was more favorable than on the Ctrip platform. The Ctrip staff immediately made a compensation plan after learning about it, which was great.

Hotel a due passi dalla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort (frigo bar, bollitore, cassetta di sicurezza, smart tv) la cui insonorizzazione potrebbe essere però migliorata. Bagno grande ma mancante del bidè. Colazione varia ed abbondante, personale attento e disponibile. Difficile il parcheggio libero nella zona se si viaggia in auto. Consigliato.

I stayed in this suite hotel one night and used the SPA service. Excellent location, located in the heart of Marina Centro, a short distance from the main places of interest in Rimini. We were assigned a beautiful sea view room, very clean and comfortable in a modern style. The staff were really very kind, we were welcomed with a big smile and we received clear and comprehensive information on the wellness center service, which we were very satisfied with. Excellent and plentiful breakfast until 10.30. Definitely recommended.

I stayed from 22/23 February 1 night. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful room. Very professional, helpful and very kind staff. The spa was very nice, very well managed and the ladies were very nice in everything and very kind. Cleanliness and attention from them was excellent. Very varied and quality breakfast buffet, satisfied. I had a great time, I would definitely go back.

Stayed here on January 25th and 26th with a friend. I had made the reservation the day before by phone speaking with a very distracted and unprofessional lady (Italian with a southern accent) who had (apparently) marked our reservation for 1 night. Upon arrival at the facility, the guy at the reception (foreigner, in his forties) could not find our reservation and began to discredit his colleague in front of us for her lack of professionalism. After that he began to make unsolicited, unwanted or desired comments (we counted 5), telling us "how beautiful you are", "what beautiful girls", "if there is no room in the hotel I will kick out customers to make room for two beautiful girls like you". We were terrified and extremely uncomfortable. Worst check in of our life (and we have traveled A LOT). Luckily it is a 4 star superior... Recently renovated room but it is clear that the work was done in an approximate way (several cracks in the bathroom, no finishing touches...). The other lady at the reception was incredibly unpleasant (she didn't let us leave a food delivery at the reception making the guy from Just Eat wait outside, who then literally told me "The lady at the reception is really unpleasant" after dealing with her for 2 seconds...). The spa is sad as can be and barely has a hot tub (however after the experience of checking in with all those slimy compliments we didn't feel comfortable using the spa). I would not recommend any woman to stay here, mainly because of the staff.
