Hotel buono con accurata pulizia ed una colazione discreta ma i receptionist dovrebbero essere il Top ed invece mancano, soprattutto un soggetto, di educazione pertanto pur essendo un cliente abituale e di vecchia data mi vedo costretto a non esserlo più. L’ Educazione è alla base di tutto so che non interesserà a nessuno ma attenzione ciò che è successo a me potrebbe ripetersi…

La struttura dell'hotel è piacevole, ma purtroppo devo segnalare un’esperienza molto negativa presso la SPA. Il trattamento ricevuto è stato deludente, soprattutto a causa del comportamento della responsabile, che si è dimostrata scortese e decisamente aggressiva nei modi. Un atteggiamento del genere è assolutamente inaccettabile in un contesto che dovrebbe garantire relax e professionalità. Ritengo che una sostituzione della responsabile sia necessaria per mantenere gli standard di ospitalità che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello.

Ottimo hotel, molto nuovo ed a pochi passi dal mare. Camera pulita, nuovissima, spaziosa, bagno e doccia molto grandi. Colazione abbondante. WI-FI ben funzionante e veloce. L'hotel dà la possibilità agli ospiti di usufruire gratuitamente anche della palestra che si trova a circa 10 minuti in auto. Veramente TOP. Personale professionale e gentile.

Such a lovely hotel, wish we could have stayed longer!
Is a bit out of way if you aren't driving but there is a bus thay goes directly from the train station, not so good service in the evening though.
Staff very friendly and room really comfy, lovely lady at breakfast remembered our hot drink order! Breakfast is quite simple but does the job.

Local food and drinks. Free bikes!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A very serviceminded crew. Good help and advices.
The kitchen only serves cold food in the evening. But the selection is good and the products are local both in the kitchen and in the bar.
We would like to highlight the wonderful offer from the hotel to be able to borrow bicycles. This meant that the car could be parked, and the area could be explored by bicycle. Rimini is flat as a pancake. So a bicycle is an excellent and environmentally friendly means of transport.
Thank you for a fantastically pleasant stay!
