Se non ci si aspetta un hotel 4 stelle superior il soggiorno può anche essere buono, ma se ti basi su quello che l’hotel ti promette al momento della prenotazione, resti deluso. La piscina è piccolissima, quando invece nelle foto sembra grande. La colazione è degna di un semplice tre stelle. Che manchi il prosciutto crudo in un quattro stelle superior è curioso. Non c’è una omelette, non c’è un estrattore per farsi un centrifugato, non c’è una spremuta d’arancia fresca. Il caffè lo servono abitualmente con la macchinetta, se invece lo chiedi a una cameriera ti portano un caffè decente. Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite, ma molto piccole. C'è un comodino solo, in un letto matrimoniale di una camera definita "superior". Manca un bollitore in camera per farsi una tisana. Non c'è un copriletto! I bagni sono ciechi e piccolissimi. La posizione dell’albergo è buona, ma in una strada molto molto trafficata e c’è tanto rumore. In sostanza, un albergo discreto, tra le 3 e le 4 stelle.

Overall a really nice hotel with good parking facilities 15€ per night. Well located next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center 2,5 kilometres. The only negative in the room was the temparatutre plus 25 degrees celvius and no aircondition , when i asked reception the answer was we are not allowef to use it yet ??

Good hotel with thorough cleaning and a decent breakfast but the receptionists should be the Top and instead they lack, especially one person, education therefore even though I am a regular and long-standing customer I see myself forced to no longer be one. Education is the basis of everything I know that no one will be interested but be careful what happened to me could happen again ...

The hotel structure is pleasant, but unfortunately I have to report a very negative experience at the SPA. The treatment received was disappointing, especially due to the behavior of the manager, who was rude and decidedly aggressive in her manner. Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable in a context that should guarantee relaxation and professionalism. I believe that a replacement of the manager is necessary to maintain the standards of hospitality that are expected from a structure of this level.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts. Close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
