Demo e’ un’intuizione geniale,bello anche solo da visitare…da scoprire nella diversità’ degli allestimenti delle diverse suite e nella fantasia tecnologica impiegata. Adiacente ad un tranquillo parco in una strada a fondo chiuso e comunque a pochi metri dal lungomare. In 10 minuti di passeggiata sei in centro a Rimini. Parcheggio riservato,servizi impeccabili ed ospitalità’ sono garantiti.

I had a great stay of two nights. The Hotel has a very particularly, light and modern Design Look and I felt very happy there. Piero is a perfect host, very welcoming and accomodating. Service is lived! The bar - working and relaxing area is comfortable and wide range of beverages complimentary. Definitely, I will return soon.

Non è la prima volta e sicuramente torneremo. Tutto perfetto, super gentili per noi è come state a casa. Struttura davvero molto bella e funzionale.posizione ottima e parcheggio gratuito. vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro. Consigliatissimo

Ho pernottato 3 notti al Demo Hotel nel settembre 2024 e mi ha lasciato senza parole!! TUTTO PERFETTO! Hotel con check-in completamente automatizzato, struttura moderna e pulita con tutti i confort! Adatto sia per viaggi di lavoro o tempo libero. Ha delle suite stupende e un'area coworking attrezzatissima. ECCEZIONALE!!!!

Boutique hotel a Rimini che ha quel tocco di casa e famiglia che si vede può vivere in pochi hotel. Non a caso mi trovavo nella suite Just Like Home. Tutto molto pulito, personale e proprietario gentilissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque passi per Boutique🫶🏼

Bellissima struttura, realizzata con grande gusto architettonico e di design, studiata nei minimi dettagli in maniera funzionale. Camere spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort e pulitissime. Un posto dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Piero un host fantastico, piacevole e premuroso. Tornerò sicuramente!

If you are looking for a unique experience I would for sure recommande this hotel. I thank Piero for his availability and for the amazing suite we got. It is very uniquely designed and has all what we would love to find in a suite. The quality of the furniture and the originality got us since the start and the fact we have a parking is excellent
