Centrally located with the beach and numerous stores, markets and restaurants available all around and at walking distance. Perfect for a beach vacation/holiday. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious enough. Small mini fridge available in the room. Paid parking right next to the hotel premises available as well as outside/public (with toll IF you’re lucky enough to find one). All in all would stay again.

La mia esperienza è stata negativa relativamente alla pulizia: il bagno era visibilmente sporco, il lavabo presentava residui lasciati dai precedenti ospiti, il pavimento aveva macchie. Segnalata questa situazione anche con foto, il locale è stato pulito solo l'indomani, al consueto giro degli addetti a tale mansione. D'altra parte la colazione era buona e abbondante, ma io ritengo di primaria importanza la pulizia.

We picked 4 star hotel but it was clearly lower quality hotel. What we liked: reception staff, position very close to the beach, general cleanliness. There is simple but excellent pizzeria opposite. What we did not like so much: noise until 5 am! Loud music but its is problem everywhere. Basic room, old fashioned bathroom.

Esperienza molto negativa: al mio arrivo non risultava alcuna traccia della mia prenotazione e l’aggiunta di un ospite, già comunicata, è stata gestita con scarsa trasparenza. Mi sono trovata davanti a costi imprevisti e soluzioni inadeguate. Delusa dalla professionalità della struttura.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti all’hotel Trieste, la peggiore esperienza fatta a Rimini, personale maleducato e supponente, faccio riferimento ai receptionist della mattina, per non parlare della camera!!! Certo che se si propongono come hotel a 4 stelle, a questo punto volerei proprio capire con quali criteri vengono assegnate queste stelle!!!! Io e la mia famiglia non ci troveremo mai più.

Sono un frequentatore assiduo di rimini e di hotel ne ho frquentati tanti , questo devo dire che ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Le ragazze della reception sono gentilissime e preparate , l hotel ha un buon parcheggio attiguo la struttura, per ciò che concerne le camere ed i bagni sono puliti, ed hanno avuto sicuramente una "rinfrescata " di recente, i letti sono enormi e devo dire anche sufficientemente comodi mentre i mobili presenti secondo me non sono più proponibili.

Se fosse stato per booking non avremmo avuto la stanza(sono anche in cassa integrazione la filiale italiana) la Queen una camera carina funzionale per diversamente abili.,di proprietà di una società a responsabilità limitata, dipendenti ipertop,pulito,funzionale a circa 1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rimini,A2 passi dal mare

We would like to share our personal experience for others to consider. After check-in, the hotel claimed there was damage to the room, which we believe we did not cause. We felt pressured to pay €150 on the spot and were later asked for more, with warnings that we may be asked to leave. In the end, our group was asked to leave, losing four nights of prepaid accommodation. We did not receive any official documents, receipts, or a police report during this process. As young travelers, this was stressful, and our much-awaited trip was ruined. We recommend other travelers clarify all deposit and damage claim procedures in writing before booking here to avoid similar issues.
