Ho prenotato anche per questa estate ed è la seconda volta che andiamo in questa struttura. Meraviglioso ed il personale gentilissimo. Per chi ha cani come noi è perfetto. Posizione top nel cuore di Marina Centro. Grazie dalla famiglia Benigni

Posizione perfetta, nella zona a mio avviso più bella di Rimini, fronte mare e con a due passi supermercato, farmacia e ristoranti. La vista sul mare dal balcone vale da sola la valutazione positiva. I servizi sono in linea con quelli di una struttura tre stelle, il parcheggio privato è comodissimo. Non do il quinto pallino solo perché gli appartamenti avrebbero bisogno di una "rinfrescata" generale.

Muri molto sottili, non insonorizzati, ci hanno dato un appartamento accanto ad una famiglia con bambino molto piccolo che la notte piangeva costringendoci a svegliarci continuamente. Formiche al 4° piano, tantissime nella ciotola del cibo della nostra cagnolina. La domenica mattina alle 8,30, la cameriera dei piani, ha iniziato a pulire la camera accanto con un grande BIDONE aspirapolvere Rumore Fastidiosissimo!!!!! Mai più, non siamo riusciti a riposare in questa struttura.

Dalla posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia alla pulizia dell ' appartamento tutto perfetto. Personale alla reception sempre disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente da tornarci. Dalla camera del 6 piano si gode di una vista unica con terrazza per cene a lume di candela.

The location is perfect if you like the beach. But: as of September 23rd they stopped A/C so if you wanted fresh air you could open the bay window. However, it is loud outside. Internet was not stable, particularly in the bedroom. In the kitchen and living room it worked better. Staff is variable, some very nice, but not always. The walls are thin so you can hear what goes on in next room. The room itself are old (mold in the corridor). Location is great, lots of restaurant nearby, a great supermarket across the street, pharmacy, taxi. post office, ice cream, etc.). The apartment is spacious and can accommodate 4 people. The bathroom needs some upgrading. Price is reasonable during mid season. I would not go back and do not recommend for someone traveling for work.

Soggiorno perfetto. Vista incantevole fronte mare e posizione ottima per gli acquisti di ogni genere e per lo shopping. Snack bar e ristoranti anche convenzionati ad un passo dalla struttura. La vacanza ideale deve essere così. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
