too bad service, due to Rimini flood there are no trains to there, because all road are blocked so thatI can not check in and talked with hotel ask them to return my Payment and they not agree , but this is the force majeure which can not control by my hand , anyhow they not return my Payment and the behavior is too bad, this is the first time and also will the last time for booking this hotel.

Everything is fine, but there was not a comfortable bed. The bed exists on the principle of a gomac. There is no female base under the mastrasis.

The hotel is very well located, close to an avenue to get to a restaurant and very pretty. The warmth of the excellent staff and the comfortable room, spectacular price and I loved the city of Rimini

Non consigliato. il personale è gentile ma la struttura trasandata, fatiscente, camere non pulite, polvere ovunque. L'ultima ristrutturazione l'avranno fatta negli anni 70, forse. Basta vedere in che condizioni è il divano nella hall. Peccato perché avrebbe gli spazi e la posizione per essere un buon albergo.

Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen okay. Aber einen längeren Zeitraum würde ich dort nicht verbringen. Bad sehr eng. Und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Not worth to stay
The place is a scam. Their air-conditioning is not working, even if they say it just got broke. And the prove for this is that they don't give you a blanket, but just a plain sheet. It feels like in the rooms it is broken for ages and works only in the cafeteria downstairs. The place needs repairs and retouch
