The location is great, 3 minutes across the road from the beach. The design of the hotel is very nice, as are the rooms - clean, no questions asked. Standard breakfasts, plenty of choice.
But.
I chose the hotel because it has a gym - it was very important to me, I'm an athlete. It's not quite right that hotel guests have to book time for their workouts in advance, since the gym is often occupied by trainers working there. The trainers have an advantage, while guests have to adjust. I honestly don't understand why this is so.
The second point is when the rooms are cleaned, and this is early in the morning, the audibility is simply unreal, terribly loud. Slamming doors, nightstands, a vacuum cleaner... I want to sleep, but I have to wake up.
And the third nuance - when cleaning the room, they never gave me coffee, only tea. Maybe this is normal, of course, but I like coffee.

Villa Rosa Riviera Hotel is the best one : price-service-quality-cleanliness in Rimini! Our stay was amazing! They have a very gentile and profesional staff, the breakfast is amazing! In my opinion this hotel deserves 5 star for staff, cleanliness, bed, breakfast and location! We had a very very good stay last year and we returned this year, and this time was better and better! Looking forward four our next vacation with Villa Rosa ❤️🥳

Tutto perfetto: posizione, accoglienza, pulizia degli ambienti e della camera. Attenzione al cliente e all’ambiente. Super la colazione con vastissima scelta di prodotti di qualità. La struttura ha anche un piccolo parcheggio con possibilità di prenotazione

72 f in room too warm for sleeping, wanted to open balcony door for fresh air but too loud outside. The bed very firm. Pillows were also firm. The room had large mugs for tea with a kettle but no glasses, paper cups only. There was no shelf for personal items in shower, this equates to having to place your shampoo etc onto the shower floor which I personally find off putting. The shower sprayed all over and made a mess on the bathroom floor. The bathroom fan was loud, I don't think there was a way to shut it off unless lights were is off. Hotel has some bio/ organic products which was nice to see. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent! Beautiful presentation, like a magazine cover. The ladies in the kitchen were lovely. The scrambled eggs were perfect. We also enjoyed the homemade cakes with fresh cream. We had a little balcony with chair and table

Un soggiorno perfetto. Non è la prima volta che trascorriamo le vacanze presso l'Hotel Villa Rosa e anche questa volta è stato tutto perfetto. La colazione è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura: ricca e ottima. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e curati. Lo staff sempre attento, gentile e disponibile, i sorrisi non mancano. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare, in una delle posizioni più belle della marina.
