ONE OF THE WORST STAYS on the Riviera Romagnola. We stayed in this hotel with full board from 13 to 20 July 2024. The most negative note of all was lunch and dinner: the vegetable buffet was really poor and if you arrived even just 5 minutes after the start time you could not find anything (for about 70 customers in the room they only put 1 small tray of potatoes / courgettes / aubergines / peppers / green beans + salad tomatoes corn cucumbers fixed every day, but I don't think people on holiday want to eat salad every day!) and the same vegetables were always proposed alternating them; the pasta was always dry and badly cooked; the second courses were always accompanied by 4-5 tiny pieces of courgettes or aubergines or peppers (one day I asked the blonde waitress if we could have just a spoonful of courgettes more and she said "we have to feed everyone!" and walked away.. EMBARRASSING!. One day we had A HAIR IN THE CHEESE (dry), we pointed it out to a waiter who replied "to make mistakes is human, it can happen!", he didn't apologize and didn't bring us an alternative dish.. ABSURD!. Another day we chose the vegetable lasagna from the menu, of which I attach the photo.. I have never seen a lasagna made with peppers, green beans, onions and any other vegetable.. my stomach knotted just looking at it.. they probably used the leftover vegetables from the day before... This cannot be called lasagna! Most of the raw materials were frozen and not fresh (especially fish and meat). Good sweet and savory breakfast, but: the croissants were all frozen and always cold, the cereal containers were not refilled when they ran out, the cold cuts and cheeses seemed dry and a few days old, there were some questionable fried foods that no customer took and it seemed like they brought them back every day, recycling them... Basically it was like being on a DIET for a week! The air conditioning in the dining room was only on for a few minutes, then they turned it off and it was scorching hot while you were eating. It all seemed to me to be done on a budget, a bit random, very limited. Very young, unprofessional waiters, they didn't know how to answer even trivial questions, they never said hello, not even a good morning, if we, the customers, weren't the ones saying hello they didn't even pay attention to us. Even the manager never introduced himself, never said hello to us, never asked us how our stay was going. One day we asked a cleaner if she could provide us with an extra pillow for our room and she said "we don't have any other pillows, I could try to take one from another room, at most if I need it I'll come and get it" laughing.. HUNTING! Room 203 was small, the toilet didn't flush well and the air conditioning was noisy. I really don't understand the positive reviews for this hotel! For
