Bella struttura, camera vista mare con terrazzo vivibile, arredamento recente e ben curato, personale cortese e disponibile , possibilità di parcheggio all esterno, 3 ascensori ed ottima colazione a buffet dolce e salata , camere pulite

Room was tired. Staff were very helpful over laundry I needed. On check out they had forgotten to charge for items which I reminded them about. Breakfast was just OK. It was all OK for a 3 star (which it isn’t). There are much better hotels in Rimini.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La camera era pulita e il buffet della colazione era davvero buono, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi. Ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la cordialità del personale, sia alla reception che durante la colazione. Un servizio impeccabile che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Sconcertante. Abbiamo prenotato due notti a fine settembre . Quindi in periodo di ampia disponibilità di camere . Causa improvviso grave infortunio non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso la struttura. Abbiamo avvisato per tempo ma nonostante questo ci hanno trattenuto immediatamente l’importo dell’intero soggiorno , 400 euro, ( comprese , fra l’altro le due colazioni non erogate ) . Su insistenza ci hanno offerto di poter prenotare di nuovo le due notti ma entro la fine dell’anno in corso . Quindi quando il pernottamento costa meno della metà … Abbiamo tentato di prenotare a novembre ma all’ultimo ci hanno avvisato che non avremmo avuto le colazioni senza offrire alcuno sconto o proporre una soluzione alternativa. Di fatto se chiami non c’è mai nessuna persona disponibile, non ti richiamano, se scrivi mail e pec non ti rispondono. Andremo per vie legali ma giusto che i consumatori siano a conoscenza delle pratiche scorrette della struttura e soprattutto del fatto che non esiste la possibilità di parlare con un responsabile o un direttore dell’hotel . Mai capitata una cosa simile con tali approfitta menti e scorrettezze … per giunta per una cifra che per un hotel di tale fatta non dovrebbe certo costituire questione di vita o di morte. Imbarazzanti.
