We stayed at the Amsterdam hotel, a structure under the same management and close by. Overall, given the amount paid, good quality. The cleanliness of the breakfast room and the remote management of the heating need to be taken care of better. Still recommended.

Dated hotel, simple single room with bathroom without shower tray (the shower curtain is behind the door, fixed in only one point to the wall, it opens like an umbrella with 5 spokes, it doesn't even allow 180 degree coverage, water dispenser fixed to the wall, old, full of limestone with a jet that disperses in all directions making it impossible to get wet and rinse). When taking a "shower", the bathroom floods completely. Very noisy air conditioning even at the lowest speed, making it impossible to sleep if on. Friendly staff. Pessima esperienza con le camere che ci hanno assegnato, dato che erano situate nell’attico e lo spazio calpestabile era alquanto ridotto. C’era un piccolissimo finestrino-lucernario nel soffitto che dava sul tetto e non c’erano finestre, per cui la sensazione di claustrofobia era molto pesante. l bagno era anche di dimensioni ridotte, senza piatto doccia. Di notte mi sono svegliato ed ho sentito che soffocavo, per cui ho aperto il piccolo finestrino-lucernario sul soffitto, oltre alla porta della camera per farsi che l’aria scorresse, poiché provavo una forte sensazione di claustrofobia. Avevo prenotato 3 notti, ma ho anticipato l’uscita alla sera precedente, pur sapendo che avrei dovuto pagare lo stesso per la terza notte, dato che non reggevo la situazione. Mi azzarderei a dire che questa tipologia di camere non sono in conformità con la normativa in vigore e sono state ricavate da uno sgabuzzino o area privata, per cui punto il dito sulla direzione della struttura per la sua assoluta mancanza di scrupoli nell’ offrire uno spazio del genere. È vero che viene avvertito quando lo si prenota, online, però questo non giustifica l’inganno, dato che ci si aspetta uno spazio dotato di almeno una finestra verticale con una maggiore superficie calpestabile, come corrisponde ad una struttura a 4 stelle. Niente da dire sullo staff, che è stato sempre cortese, attento e disponibile.

Sinceramente tutto perfetto dal ricevimento alla stanza al Consiglio questo hotel. Non posso che dire solo cose positive. Io ero sola e ho soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale. Il ristorante è meraviglioso lo chef fa veramente piatti sublimi.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a settembre L hotel Vienna Ostenda, Rimini. Allora. Molto diverso dalle foto su Booking, L hotel e' un po' datato, Ma attenzione, una volta entrati nell' atmosfera. Devo dire e' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Personale ECCELLENTE , disponibile, professionale, attente premuroso. Che dire siamo stati veramente coccolati. Poi ottimo ristorante molto anni 80, ma è questo il fascino e la mood dell intera struttura. Camera pulita, spaziosa. Bagno idem. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane e sono stati veramente cordiali. Per Onestà tira un po' le stringhe ad un 4 stelle, direi un 3 superior ma comunque direi un 5 stelle superior per il personale .

Staff meraviglioso, molto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze. In questo posto emerge un alto e costante livello di attenzione per il cliente in ogni momento del soggiorno. Il ristorante offre menù a più portate con antipasto a buffet, ampia possibilità di scelta tra primi e secondi e dolci, il tutto ovviamente delizioso. La struttura e le camere sono molto pulite con inoltre il cambio del set di asciugamani quotidiano. Posizione centrale, a due passi dal mare. Hotel convenzionato con bagno 43 dove ci siamo trovate benissimo Lorella e Roberta

Quando tu arrivi nella hall dell' hotel, c'è una scritta:" benvenuti a casa vostra", ed è vero! Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa, dall' accoglienza data dal personale sempre cordiale e a disposizione per ogni esigenza, dall' ottimo servizio del ristorante, dalla pulizia della stanza. Anche come posizione è vicino sia al mare che al centro città. Penso che ci ritornerò.
