Good value for money, excellent management and helpful and courteous staff. Ample space for parking. Large swimming pool dedicated to adults and children with adjacent area. Short walk to the beach, various types of rooms with balcony.

It's the first time we go to this hotel but we will definitely return; strong points: cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, swimming pool, cuisine. The only negative points: size of the rooms, old-fashioned structure. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the sea, Marina Centro area, the cuisine is good, not heavy, the portions are right: the swimming pool is excellent, large and well-kept. Special mention to the waiters in the dining room, Alia and Alex, kind and professional, another mention to Salvatore, always kind. The managers are always available for any request. The only advice I could give is to change some mattresses and review the older bathrooms. In any case, the quality-price ratio is high.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks, between June and July, as guests at the Hotel Lem in Rimini, and I must say that we had a wonderful time, everything to be recorded with a good 10, both for the cleanliness, both for the food, breakfast-lunch and dinner, abundant, delicious, varied, both for the availability of the employees, from the cleaning ladies to the dining room staff. The owner, Mr. Vanni, the mainstay of the Hotel, always available to listen to you and satisfy your every need, is an affable and tireless person. The Hotel has a fantastic and enormous swimming pool and free parking. We will definitely return next year, as other vacationers have done

Io e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questa struttura, premetto che tendenzialmente trascorriamo le nostre vacanze a Rimini ma trovando ahimè solo hotel deludenti su tutti gli aspetti.... L'hotel Lem è gestito dalla famiglia Versari che ringrazio immensamente per la loro cordialità, ospitalità e professionalità.... Per quanto riguarda le camere la pulizia è ottima, le ragazze si sono mostrate molto disponibili e cordiali, il cibo eccellente e abbondante con ricco buffet, camerieri molto professionali e competenti....L'hotel dispone di un'immensa piscina spettacolare, curata costantemente in ogni suo dettaglio.... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... Che dire quindi... SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICI in tutto e per tutto... CI AVETE CONQUISTATI
