Google maps took me on a long way to the hotel along a goat track . When you can get there faster from the over head bridge thats next to the (goat track) dirt road that leads out to the break wall point and walk down the path on the side of the bridge down to the bottom road that goes under the bridge . TUrn left at the bottom road .. Then the hotel is only a few meters down towards the beach .

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Hotel im Juli dieses Jahres verbracht. Es ist ein kleines, hübsches und gemütliches Hotel, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Das Personal ist großartig und schafft eine freundliche und angenehme Atmosphäre während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Alle sind sehr höflich, herzlich und freundlich! Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind strahlend weiß, es gibt Seife, Duschgel, einen Föhn und eine Klimaanlage (alles funktioniert einwandfrei). Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen für jeden Geschmack. Uns hat alles gefallen. Es ist ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehren möchte. Wir danken den Eigentümern und dem gesamten Hotelpersonal für die angenehme Atmosphäre und die Gastfreundschaft und wünschen Ihnen allen Gesundheit, Wohlstand und viel Erfolg! Olena, Yurii

OTTIMA SCELTA I proprietari sono delle persone stupende, molto gentili e con il sorriso, già tutto questo merita il massimo dei voti!! Hotel accogliente, molto pulito e con una colazione molto assortita e curata. Camera e bagno puliti e forniti del necessario Vista dalla camera sul canale e sul mare, davvero speciale. Praticamente sulla spiaggia e all'inizio dell'area pedonale/ciclabile che abbiamo utilizzato per arrivare fino al porto e fare una passeggiata. Prenotato con Smartbox nonostante fosse il "ponte" del 1° Maggio ma nonostante questo siamo stati trattati da "signori"! Grazie davvero di tutto...

Hotel accogliente, pulito, colazione a buffet abbastanza assortita. A conduzione familiare, i proprietari sempre con il sorriso, gentili e pronti ad ogni richiesta. Camera e bagno puliti con tutto il necessario. Fronte mare, spiaggia a 100m dell' hotel. Una settimana la farei, in pieno relax. E nonostante avessimo una Smartbox, siamo stati trattati come tutti i clienti. Più che soddisfatti, lo consiglio.

The decor is a bit dated, but considering it's a 3-star hotel, it's more than adequate. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. What impressed me most was the cleanliness, which was truly excellent. Breakfast also had everything you need, perfect for a hotel of this category. Plus, it's just steps from the sea. Recommended.

Good location. Access stairs with a railing that couldn't be reached because of flowerpots blocked. It puts those who use it at risk. It needs to be revisited (the priority should be people, not flowerpots). It's a family-run business, and it's truly refreshing to see the whole family working together. The children are good and kind, even the father. Meanwhile, the mother doesn't take criticism seriously, and then it's obvious she takes it for granted and doesn't pay attention. We did ask for a mattress replacement because ours was too soft and uncomfortable. She said she didn't have anything else, and we understand, but we shouldn't take it personally. My wife slept poorly and had to take painkillers for the deformity of the mattress. A mini-fridge in the room would also be helpful, as there's no way to keep fresh water available. Otherwise, it's acceptable. But we won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

Very friendly and helpfull staff!! Nice clean room, with an excellent view (4th floor) on the sea and the canal. Breakfast and diner are very good. The hotel is next to the beach. I would recommend it, when you stay in Rimini. We had a very good time in this hotel!!
