struttura molto disponibile nell' accogliere le nostre richieste per i bambini e nel farci trovare una stanza per 4 con tutti i confort . la disponibilità del titolare e staff per i pasti e nella colazione oltre nel venirci incontro per darci la camera già dalle 9 del mattino ci ha convinti a ritornare presto

Rezerwacja złożona przez booking - okazuje się, ze mimo potwierdzenia, hotel nie spodziewał się naszego przyjazdu i był w trakcie remontu. Ostatecznie udało nam się dostac pokój, po dwóch gwiazdkach nie spodziewaliśmy się cudów wiec co do pokoju nie mam zastrzeżeń innych niż przeciekający prysznic. Natomiast pierwszej nocy naszego pobytu odbyła się w hotelu impreza - bardzo głośna- trwająca do 2/3 nad ranem. O 7 natomiast obudziła nas policja z psem, sprawdzająca wszystkie pokoje w poszukiwaniu narkotyków. Ze względu na to ze nasza rezerwacja nie została anulowana byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi w hotelu, wiec śniadania składały się z crossaintow i kawy. Nie mamy pretensji do Pana z recepcji, który naprawdę starał się uprzyjemnić nasz pobyt, chociażby organizując nam śniadania na miarę możliwości i robiąc przepyszna kawę. The bathroom and room were well organized and clean. The staff were very nice and I would definitely recommend it. And it's close to the beach so you don't have to walk far and there's a street market every weekend. The food was great too 👍 I RECOMMEND IT👍

I stayed here with my partner, initially a little skeptical given the old reviews, but as soon as we arrived the new owners immediately tried to make us feel comfortable and offered a welcome drink. We were pleasantly surprised, we didn't expect such a familiar and warm environment, given the bad reviews. The current managers immediately made it clear that they had only taken possession of the hotel at the beginning of the month and that there could have been some deficiencies. Instead everything went smoothly. The hotel itself is excellent, almost new and very nice to look at, it inspired relaxation for me personally. The right breakfast, neither plentiful nor poor, and the staff were really friendly, it felt like staying at the bar downstairs. Being Rimini regulars, we will most likely return for some winter fairs. Excellent value for money.

I stayed for a weekend in September with my boyfriend, newly renovated and very clean hotel, spacious room and new bathroom with shower. Breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory! Family run hotel with new management. Very friendly and nice owners. We will definitely be back for a longer period. Super!

The hotel is very nice on the outside and the room balconies are also very nice. The location is excellent because it is in a small street that leads directly to the sea and is close to the bus stop. As an area, late at night is a bit not recommended for the people who are there. Let me start by saying that we stayed thanks to a package in which the discos were also included and for the price it was fine but there are many things to improve. We checked in at 2.30pm even though we had been advised of our arrival at 1pm. The owner is very kind and helpful, but the boy who works as a "receptionist" is almost always absent, we had various emergencies and we had to wait even a quarter of an hour for the boy to come to our room. The rooms are small but when we arrived they were quite clean, we had a shower cubicle but there were no windows so we had to wait for the fan to do its duty. The hot water was not present, upon our arrival the owner told us that we were lucky that the hot water would arrive from the following day because they had a problem with the gas, but in a week this blessed hot water was not even seen with binoculars. The only good thing about the room was the balcony which was very large and nice. The rooms were not always cleaned, we slept in the morning but we saw that the boy who cleaned also came in the afternoon but he never came for 3 days. The breakfast is really little, there was some cold cuts, bread, and croissants which were very hard (they looked like they were from 10 days earlier), juices and a coffee machine. I don't recommend Nutella because as soon as you open it all the oil will come out. The doorman is not present at night, who should always be the reception boy, we went to the disco every night and never saw him, and above all the door was open so anyone could have come in and taken a room key . There was no wi-fi so it was not possible to pay by card. I recommend it to those who come to the Riviera to have fun and stay very little in the hotel, I strongly advise against it for families or those who want to have a relaxing holiday.
