Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per soggiornare una notte in un hotel che sembra recensito molto bene, in realtà al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una serie di problemi, che non ci aspettavamo, per cui abbiamo dovuto rimediare sempre da soli senza l'aiuto del personale alla reception (praticamente inesistente), se ci fosse stato alla reception qualcuno di più empatico e risolutivo, forse non sarei qui a scrivere questa recensione, la camera non era come da aspettative, ma sporca con letti molto scomodi, a questo proposito posso solo dire per consiglio, se trovate altro, non fermatevi qui, soprattutto se il vostro soggiorno è di più notti.

L'hotel è situato in una strada tranquilla poco distante dalla passeggiata e dalla spiaggia. A richiesta e a pagamento è disponibile il parcheggio. La nostra camera non era molto spaziosa ma ordinata e pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Ho apprezzato il bel bagno grande e finestrato. Non ho apprezzato la cerata sotto il lenzuolo a protezione del materasso. La colazione è veramente ricca e offre numerose proposte dolci e salati. Nota positiva: il distributore di bevande calde con latte fresco. Nota negativa: le tovagliette in plastica sui tavoli,poco igieniche. Il prezzo è contenuto e direi che per la categoria a cui appartiene l'hotel Clerice è sicuramente consigliabile. Molto cortesi e disponibili alla reception e in sala colazione.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, from receptionist to owners, everyone was kind and very helpful always smiling. Room was always clean and tidy with mini fridge,air-conditioning, comfy bad and clean bathroom. Breakfast nicely presented with delicious food and plenty options to choose from. Easy check in and check out process. Great location (9min walk from metromare, 3 min from bus 11) beach 4 min walk distance as well. Some restaurants offers discounts also "bagno 96-97" gives you discounted price for umbrellas and sunbeds due to corporation with the hotel. Overall had a fantastic stay at Rimini. Many thanks to Hotel Clerice workers and owners. We will be back 😊 Arrivederci👋
