Simply fabulous setup. Amazing pool and beach seating areas, great service and the rooms have the best views. Breakfast is amazing, and pizzas were excellent. Only challenge was the bad service at beach and seafront (using a barcode) wasn’t working at all, and speaking to others hadn’t for ages

We had a wonderful time in this hotel! Room with a sea view, comfy beds, and great restaurants! Michelin-star restaurant on the top of the building with more than professional presentation of local foods.

We love the hotel so much, highly recommend to stay for more than 1 night!! Very relax at the hotel and the food are good for the breakfast and dinner buffet.

Really outstanding experience exceeded all expectations. Great spa. Great breakfast. Excellent dinner in the kitchen and a true tour de force at their Michelin restaurant Nebo. Fabulous spa facilities including multiple sauna types etc. We also got massages which were excellent. Our trip was during the late September shoulder season and it was a true pleasure. We also enjoyed the walk along the water toward Opatia. The view from our room was a panoramic perspective of the Adriatic. So glad we stayed there.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and responsive to any requests or needs. It is clear they work hard to keep things running and visitors happy. The breakfast buffet was huge and amazing! The restaurant dinner was excellent. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The private beach at the sea was wonderful and clear beautiful water. And if you get a room with a view of the sea, you won’t want to leave this resort. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and so very thankful we did.

Arriving at the hotel situated in a lovely location on the coast we were met by friendly and professional staff who immediately ensured a smooth check in. The reception is beautiful with amazing views of the sea. The excellent concierge showed us to our villa room that had a great balcony and again fantastic views. The room situated on level 3 felt very private, spacious with two bathrooms and a large sitting area. Everything in the room is modern, clean and with a quality finish. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is really very good with everything you’d expect and more. Lots of freshly prepared food catering for all tastes and diets. Whilst busy, the service was excellent and it didn’t feel at any point like you had to wait for anything. We chose a half board option as we were only there for 5 nights but the evening buffet in the Kitchen restaurant (same location where they host breakfast) was also perfect. Loads of different options from an abundance of salads, cheeses, seafood, both cold and freshly cooked to local dishes and even very good pizza. The desserts were also very nice with a selection of 6 ice creams that you could help yourself to. The main hot food and some of the cold food varied each evening, and always plenty of options with at least 3 fish option and 3 meat options each evening. The only challenge is trying not to each too much. The main outdoor pool is great. Large and never felt too busy although difficult to get sunbeds especially in the morning so we opted for the sunbeds by the beach that were great and easy to get to via the lift or stairs. Lots of areas to safely swim and even includes a shallow pool for children. Watersport options also very good. The beachside sunbeds were never too busy and had a nice atmosphere along with the easy to use drinks ordering service and beachside restaurant. Opatija is a 15 min drive and worth a visit. Limited sun beds small outdoor pool. All sun beds always reserved unless you pay 85 euro for a sun cabin. Very expensive not worth it at all. We booked a half board food is not worth it better eating outside. No shops around the hotel you will end up in the middle of no where and have to hire a car or get taxi every time you want to go out at at least 30 euro for a 10 minutes ride.

From the moment I entered the room and the curtains opened I was in love with this place. The room had modern design and a beautiful view. It was spacious with a great big bathroom. We had breakfast, and it was good quality with real orange juice and champagne. The hotel has a pizza restaurant which we visited twice, price was reasonable and food was delicious (draft beer was too cold). We used the indoor pool every day (we were there in March) and it was never crowded. The water temperature is perfect and there are wellness elements which we really enjoyed. The bus stop to Opatija is just across the street, reception can help with the timetable. The only downside is parking, which is quite expensive, so we opted one of the few parking spaces at the nearby roundabout. It worked well. I am already planning my next visit.

All the great people, service, ocean views to die for, pool, food and drinks, what more could you ask for. Bountiful people and get town. The area is so beautiful that offering many sights, and just sitting back drinking coffee and thankful to have this beautiful place.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Hilton Costabella. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was so friendly!. In my opinion, it has the best sea view in Croatia. Waking up to that view is a dream come true. We'll definitely be back!

Took my mum on a weekend trip to the resort for her birthday. She was absolutely stunned by the whole experience, as was I! During check-in, Anita the GRM made my mum feel special by giving us an upgrade to an Executive room with a panoramic view and thoroughly explained everything we could enjoy during our stay. In the room, there was a birthday card, as well as a few sweet treats and a bottle of Prosecco for the celebration. Petar was a real delight in the Exec. Lounge, he made us feel welcome, gave good advice and was a good laugh as well. In every area of the hotel we were treated with amazing service, but another person worth mentioning was Almira from the Aura Lounge, who was there basically the whole day working hard, especially during busy hours, and still managed to make us feel special by providing a quick and efficient service and checking up on us making sure everything was okay! The food in the Aura Lounge was so tasty - the juiciest chicken we've had in a long time, and the breakfast in The Kitchen had so many options to choose from we didn't know where to start! Food was filling, but it wasn't heavy, which was amazing - it felt so healthy and light even though we ate a lot! And one more thing, the bed felt like sleeping on clouds, we fell asleep nearly immediately and had such a good rest! We will definitely be back!
