獨立的小院子，車可以停在裏面，5歐每晚，但千萬注意入住時間，行李寄存時間也要注意，民宿要尊重經營者時間表，確實不如正規酒店方便。

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo b&b per due notti. E’ stata davvero una piacevole scoperta sia per la struttura moderna, pulita e funzionale (dotata anche di parcheggio interno) e che nulla ha da invidiare ad un hotel a 4 stelle, sia per la gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione è varia e soprattutto cosa non scontata home made! Consiglio decisamente questo super b&b a chi predilige la tranquillità, la pulizia e la cordialità.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura e bisogna dire che è stata un esperienza da rifare. Federico il proprietario e tutto il personale sono persone splendide disponibili e non ti fanno mancare nulla. Tutto ben curato nei particolari molto pulito con servizi e colazione perfetti. Il posto è in un ottima posizione per poter visitare le città vicine e nelle vicinanze si può cenare in ristoranti dal buon cibo. Possiamo solo dire un grande GRAZIE per aver reso questi giorni un bellissimo ricordo.

Located on the outskirts of Pisa, the B&B offers very clean, fairly functional rooms in a quiet residential area. The owners are very kind and above all available for any need or help they can offer. Parking available outside just in front of the structure with no extrafee

Here's the revised version of your text: The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures can express. The warm welcome was immediate. The host is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and love; the homemade cakes and eggs made to your liking were the perfect start of the day. The host also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, made reservations, and suggested less touristy places to visit in the area. If we decide to visit Pisa again, we will definitely stay at Live09.

Il proprietario ed i suoi familiari sono super gentili e disponibili, anche per suggerimenti riguardo i ristoranti o i luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze. La struttura è nuova, la stanza è molto silenziosa e grazie ad un letto molto comodo abbiamo davvero riposato bene. L'arredo è moderno e gli spazi sono notevoli, anche nel bagno. In tempo di covid la soluzione individuata per la colazione mi pare un buon compromesso: a buffet solo prodotti confezionati ed in un menu a parte le bevande calde, eventuali prodotti salati e le torte fatte in casa.. quest'ultime assaggiate tutte, davvero deliziose!! C'è la possibilità di trovare sempre parcheggio davanti la struttura (si trova in una zona residenziale) o in alternativa all'interno del cancello. In conclusione, struttura consigliatissima!

Cosa dire, partiamo dalla cortesia, dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del Sig. Federico, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona, suggerimenti nella scelta dei ristoranti, ha risposto ad ogn nostra minima richiesta. Alloggiamano nella Family Suite (un bilocale), estremamente pulito e dotato di fornito set di cortesia, bagno ampio, non abbiamo riscontrato difetti. La struttura ha un parcheggio interno. Ottima la colazione, vengoni serviti dolci fatti in casa, oltre che ad un ottimo cappuccino! Si trova a pochi km dal centro di Pisa, ma è davvero ben collegato a tutto! Lo consiglio vivamente!
