Bed was comfortable with extra blanket. Nicely appointed bathroom with make up remover pads. We loved the fact that dogs were welcome (biscuits in a bowl at check in). Clean, comfortable and across the street from a good restaurant. Plenty of close parking, microwave, mini fridge. Bring your Netflix password and log in. . Would stay here again.

The positive note was the room was pretty clean. It had a microwave a refrigerator, coffee pot TV all were working. Walking to our first floor room the carpets were disgustingly, dirty, and stained. ( pictures to follow) when we first got there the room smelled pretty clean, but after staying there a day it smelled musty. The temperature could not be regulated in the room. If you set it to 70 it would come on and blow cold air for a while and then it would go off and get hot so you set it a little bit lower and then it would be freezing cold . The hotel itself is very noisy. The rooms are not insulated you can hear your neighbor flush the toilet the road traffic outside gets very busy. Bathroom ceiling needs repaired. The reading lights connected to the beds did not work. One set did look like a position, but very difficult to turn on and off. The other set on the left side did not work at all. The lighting in the room was very subpar. If you like the room dark, it’s great. For $300 a night I expect more.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed from the 3rd to the 6th of July. When I arrived with my group, we had to use the lockbox to check in because we were there after desk hours. We took our room keys from the lockbox and they did not work. We tried over and over then tried to get in contact with the hotel to no avail. Keep in mind this was the 3rd of July so almost every hotel was booked up. We then fortunately found another room 30 minutes away at another hotel and stayed there. It was a lot more expensive than our room at MTN. We woke up to a message from the manager at MTN who was apologetic at first, but then when we asked for a refund (which I believe is the bare minimum that they could do) her attitude quickly changed. She was rude, sarcastic, and refused a refund. After some back and forth she said she will “look into it and get back to me”. It is now 5 days later and I’ve called the hotel once a day and asked for a call back to no avail. This place is a poor excuse for a hotel and the management is absolutely horrible. Even if you are not checking in after hours, I would be nervous to stay here as our room keys stopped working numerous times during the trip after the first night we were locked out. The front desk is also rarely staffed, making an easy opportunity for you to get locked out. Furthermore the rooms were dirty and not well cleaned! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
