Everyone was great with the exception of Tia, she was very unprofessional. I was trying to get a receipt on the front desk and noticed that Tia was using her phone for about 7-8 minutes and was unaware of me being on the front desk, even after I said excuse me she continued to be on her phone texting as if I wasn’t there, when she finally decided to get off her phone she asked me what I wanted rudely and proceeded to print me a receipt, she then handed it off and didn’t asked whether I needed anything else. I stayed here for 3 months and whenever I needed something and she was at the front desk I avoided going because of her. I also saw her dozing off with her head on the counter on the front desk when I got to the hotel after work about two times. The rest of the stuff was great and I never had an issue with anyone else.

Lovely room and very nice staff. It was so hot… 110 degrees … and the front desk person gave me an ice cold water. Very nice and peaceful room.

I will only stay at this hotel when I visit Ridgecrest! They are so nice, clean and comfortable.

From the staff at the front desk to the person cleaning our room, the service was wonderful! Our room was not only clean, but quite roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a variety of offerings. The hotel appears relatively new, probably due to the great upkeep.

Best breakfast spread I've seen in a long time - even compared to high end hotels. Cage free scrambled eggs. The most oatmeal/yogurt toppings I've ever seen! Friendly breakfast person - she cleaned constantly and was so helpful. She deserves to be credited and praised. Appreciate how tea & fruit are available at all hours. Cassidy at check in was also very friendly & helpful. Appreciated being assigned a quiet room down the long hallway far from the elevator. The microwaves/fridge were great. The only downside was the overly loud A/C unit right next to the bed.
