De bar van dit hotel is vaak lekker druk en erg gezellig. Na een bespreking is het hier goed vertoeven. De lunch in buffervirm is echt de beste van alle Van Der Valk locaties die ik bezocht heb en dat zijn er zeker een stuk of 10. De vergaderruimten zijn erg prettig.

Fijn hotel, gastvrij en schoon. Mooie ruime kamer, minpuntje voor ons waren de wat harde bedden. Wij hadden een arrangement voor Ahoy - vrienden van Amstel. Dit is zeker aan te raden: vooraf prima eten, de bus (mag wel ietsjes eerder vertrekken) van en naar het hotel is super, net als het ontbijt. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. The bar tender was super attentive and the breakfast buffet was top-notch! Excellent hotel - will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area.

房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。
最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。
我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。
我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。
另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。

Nice large location with huge parking. Hotel looks nice inside like a large vessel. Room is large enough with bath and shower. Clean and shiny. It seems a mini bar was included into the room services, but I didn’t have time to try it. Breakfast was really ok. There is nothing negative I could remind. Bravo

We hebben enorm genoten van onze 2 nachten (Executive kamer). Ruime kamer en ruime badkamer met douche en bad (whirlpool deed het wel niet goed). Uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vooral aan het receptie (dank voor de OV-mogelijkheden) en de barkeeper!

Mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien Heerlijk bad en fijne zeepjes. De bedden zijn ook fijn. Netjes en schoon. Een hotel waar wij graag heengaan en komen ook zeker weer terug bij deze in Ridderkerk. Restaurant ook altijd goed, alleen het ontbijt liet dit keer te wensen over
