Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, tea & coffee facilities, bathroom good. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. . Staff very helpful and polite. Has a lift so good if you have luggage. Close to Thames Path. Highly Recommended.

Very comfortable rooms with good facilities including an honesty bar in the room. Food in the restaurant was very good with a very diverse wine list. Breakfast was taken in another room and the decor was the highlight!! Very helpful staff at reception and bar/restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel on many occasion and it's always the same superb quality. The bedrooms are very smart, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds with fresh crisp linen. Staff are superb and Brandon, who served breakfast on both mornings was the sort of guy who was meant to work in hospitality. Food is of the highest quality. Free underground parking and only a 20 minute stroll to the underground and Kew Gaddens

Coach & Horses hotel was perfect location for a visit to Kew, about 5 mins walk to the entrance. Room was nice although no window and bathroom was tiny, never been in such a small shower. Also the bathroom could do with some TLC, with paint peeling and extractor fan not working. Bed very comfortable and fully stocked fridge and lovely hamper although be aware of the charges for everything except tea/coffee & milk. Most staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Brandon and the young lady on the reception desk. Kew Garden station about 10-15 mins walk away. No problems parking at the hotel, in a secure underground car park with the added bonus of no cost. Food at hotel was excellent, especially the sandwiches which ensured we didn’t have to eat for the rest of the day!

Could not fault a single thingthing, room perfect, comfy bed, food amazing, staff/service excellent!! Great atmosphere. Chose the coach & horses for it's proximity to Kew Gardens, just a 5 mins walk away. Also carparking facilities and dog friendly

Very comfortable rooms with good facilities. Some need refurbing but this is planned apparently. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked and the food menu has a good choice of dishes to cater for most people. Can be extremely busy when sports matches are on any Twickenham or Brentford FC.

Needed to be in London for the baseball at Olympic Stadium, decided not to risk potential train strikes so drove down from the North West and stayed in Kew where we could get the underground to Stratford. Choose the Coach and Horses based on previous good reviews and availability of secure free car parking. What a delight this pub with rooms was. Busy pub, lovely atmosphere, great food. The rooms were fabulous, well decorated, large and spacious with lots of little touches including a picnic basket of goodies and full fridge as mini bar, love the fresh milk each day for tea in the morning, no UHT rubbish :). Only let down, was charged £3 for the water, I would have expected that to be complimentary. The highlight though was the receptionist Alicja, she was a joy, friendly, nothing too much trouble, remembers your name, greets you like an old friend and shared her chocolates, a real asset to the brand. We will be back

Very pleasant place to stay, convenient location with secure parking. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Special mention for receptionist Alicja, who was so nice and welcoming. She couldn't do enough to help and definitely deserves a gold star! Dinner was good. Breakfast was the only let down. Service was a bit slow and lacking, and the cooked food was lukewarm at best - disappointing. That said, we did enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again. Annette

We stayed here eight years ago and now stayed for a week last week A wonderful experience great service ,food and perfect location transport to London but a lovely peaceful village atmosphere Thank you Alicja for arranging the shower room and telling us about the great 65 bus service Cannot wait to come back from home in Australia Robert and Diane
