This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel and rooms smelled horrible. The hotel was very dirty and run down. The staff was extremely rude! I had an email confirmation that my room was $90 but when I checked in, they charged me $159. I had two rooms booked. They wouldn't refund me and were extremely rude. Do not stay here! It was awful!

The hotel was ok. The beds were a little hard, but not so bad that taking a couple of Tylenol in the morning wouldn’t fix. Room was clean. The front desk lady was super nice.

Great stay for our family. Bless the people around us who I’m sure had to hear our four little ones. Employees were all sweet & we enjoyed the long period for breakfast in the AM.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They allow pets. Room was clean. Staff are nice and helpful. This is our 4th stay and everything it's been good. In the summer, you'll have some traffic issues with people going up to Lake Geneva. There's some cute shops and eateries in downtown Richmond, and it's only a 3 to 4 minute drive.

The hotel is an older hotel however, it was clean. My room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. I have stayed in the past and will stay there again.
