First the good: Spotless Beautiful large room with frig and microwave Big modern bathroom with walk in shower Sitting area Nice exercise room Friendly staff The bad The trains can be frequent and shake the whole hotel so if you are a light sleeper you can be awakened frequently by the shaking and noise To be fair it’s on the hotel website but I missed it. Breakfast is the usual motel fare.Just ok For the price stay elsewhere

Customer service is impeccable and we were wowed by it.. hotel is new and modern . Pretty good breakfast ..We knew about the train when we booked the hotel so it didn't bother us but the banging noise when train approaching was horrific.. like dozens of bells ringings...also the walls are to thin.. our kids watched TV at 9pm on volume 10 and we were called in and asked to make the tv lower... I could hear my neighbors using the bathroom and partially their conversation ... Overall, very good hotel not too far from Savannah and all the attraction and I would recommend it if thin walls and train don't bother you

What an outstanding experience my wife and I had at Springhill Suites Savannah Richmond Hill. Our stay at your property was a breath of fresh air, especially after a previous unfortunate experience at another Marriott-Brand hotel on June 21st. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk representative, who not only was polite but also considerate in informing us about the nearby train. She kindly accommodated us on the opposite side of the building, ensuring we had a peaceful stay. This attention to detail was much appreciated. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a thoughtful note along with extra towels. This small but meaningful gesture truly exemplified the extra mile your staff goes to make guests feel special. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, which made our stay all the more comfortable. There was one minor issue with the air conditioning unit blowing directly onto one of the beds, but we understand that certain structural aspects are unavoidable. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Heidi. On the evening of our check-in, I was in the mood for some hot decaf coffee. The coffee available at that time was cold, so I asked Heidi if a fresh pot could be made. She responded pleasantly and assured me it would only take 15 minutes. I decided to come back in an hour, and upon my return, I was greeted with a perfect cup of hot decaf coffee. Heidi’s caring attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and made a significant positive impact on our experience. Additionally, the breakfast on the morning of our checkout was delicious, and the lady attending the breakfast station was an absolute delight. Her genuine customer service and attentiveness made our day and ensured we were well taken care of. Thanks to your exceptional team, we left with a positive and memorable experience. On our next trip to North Carolina, we will undoubtedly choose to stay at Springhill Suites Savannah Richmond Hill again.

Travelled over from the UK and experienced some lovely hotels but not this one!! Dreadful hotel. Grubby and overpriced. Also overcharged and had no reponse when inquired this with hotel. Pool not working. Rooms stuffy, toilets didn’t flush and smelly. One to avoid at all costs.

Good things first - very friendly staff, clean room and environment. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors - so noisy, I was certain they were in the hallway. But no - they were next door, so I assume there is a paper-thin wall problem on the third floor. Lost part of sleep two nights. Then, our last day, no electrical outlets worked on the bed wall - leaving us without a clock/alarm. The morning we left, an outlet in the bathroom also stopped working - no hair dryer. Computer not charged for a cross-country flight the next day. Breakfast is minimal - not attractive and delivered by a truck each morning. Mostly pre-made and not great. Husband, who loves weaker coffee, complained about the coffee being too weak. Not at all in keeping with the image presented. Lastly, for the Bonvoy crowd - really? A tiny bag of chips and a water? At this point, I regret going with Marriott.

Cet hôtel est assez neuf. Cependant, je n’y retournerai pas. Pourquoi? Pas spotless et mal insonorisé. D’abord, La femme de ménage a été un peu négligente dans son ménage. Par exemple, à l’arrivée nous avons retrouvé un sac de glaçon fondu dans le bac à glace, de nombreux poils dans le lavabo et sur le sol de la salle de bain, des traces de nettoyage sur la table de travail. Rien de bien grave, mais je n’avais pas le goût de faire du ménage. Mais le pire, c’est l’insonorisation. Je ne peux pas croire qu’en 2023, des architectes construisent des hôtels où on entendent le cadran de la chambre voisine sonné à 4:00 am et entendre à toutes heures les lourdes, très lourdes, portes des chambres qui ferment avec de gros bang, et entendre la musique de la chambre d’en haut par le tuyau d’aération. Pour le train, pas entendu, car j’avais demandé une chambre à l’avant. Mais ils donnent des bouchons gratuitement à la réception, à la place du panier de biscuits. Bonne idée… Aussi, le design de la chambre est atypique. Ils ont voulu qu’on ne se sente pas dans une chambre d’hôtel, mais tout est mal pensé. Par exemple, le garde-robe est dans le fond de la chambre. La salle de bain est sur le long et très étroite. La Tv est sur un coin de mur. Quant au lit , il ne sera plus bon d’ici 6 mois, déjà, il y a des creux de chaque côté et si le conjoint bouge, bonjour la sensation d’être en bateau. Finalement, si vous décidez d’y rester, l’enseigne n’est pas visible de la rue. L’hôtel est au fond d’une rue , près du bois. Difficile à trouver. Pas mal difficile. Le petit-déjeuner est standard mais le café est bon. Pour nous, l’accueil est le seul point positif.
