Favorite place we’ve stayed…ever?
I can’t recommend the Villa Walton enough. It’s so beautiful and well looked after, the gardens are stunning. We stayed in the cottage and had everything we wanted, the secluded outdoor tub was lovely!
The food was amazing. I think I ate more breakfast here than I have in my entire life. My wife and I have dietary restrictions and Sue Neil were extremely accommodating and thoughtful. Everything was delicious and I wish we stayed longer!
We’ll definitely be back for another slice of heaven!

Villa Walton was an absolute DREAM to stay at. We wish we had been there for 2 nights instead of 1. The hosts were delightful. We stayed in the Walton Cottage which was super clean and cozy with a private kitchen. We notified the hosts before our arrival our desire to have dinner with them as well as takeaway lunches on the day we checked out. All the meals we had there were absolutely amazing: steak dinner was a chiefs kiss, the breakfast was a favorite of our trip, and the takeaway lunches were perfect for our day in the car. 100% recommend Villa Walton!!

Beautiful B&B with absolutely lovely rooms and decor and fixtures—- everything is so cozy and well done. Gardens are gorgeous, hosts are amazing and it was so fun that they had a moment to have a glass of wine with us! Great conversation and evening. I like to think we could be friends if we lived closer! We wish our travel agent had booed us for a few nights with them instead of just one. Make sure and arrive on time and not late so you can truly enjoy the home and space and the garden. You don’t want to rush in and out for sure. Also to Neil— my husband wanted to let you know he found and safely secured for passage the Awildian purple gin you recommended.
