Viel Personal, die aber wenig Hotel- oder Gastroerfahrung haben. Das Hotel / Restaurant bietet alles mögliche (Externe Sportkurse/Events etc) an und schafft es nicht , das alles vernünftig umzusetzen. Es werden z.B Fahrräder angeboten und wenn man sie leihen möchte , heißt es, dass alle 5 Räder nicht verkehrssicher wären und sie deshalb nicht verliehen werden.

An ideal venue for our small team! Everything about this place and the service provided by it's team lends itself to productivity and creativity. Leaving space to enjoy a wellness class with Shanti and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the amazing food makes it the perfect away day!

We had a lovely evening at this restaurant. We really enjoyed the ambiance, the terrace, our food and the staff were very friendly. The only negative comment is that my husband felt the menu was a little too limited.

We arranged our summer event for the company at Bingham Riverhouse and from start to finish, the communication, offering and customer service was amazing. A special shout out to Emma, Amy & Sherry who could not be more accommodating. Usually with these events, it requires a lot of work from our side but they truly took it in their own hands and made our experience a really enjoyable one. Thank you team

James at reception was extremely helpful and friendly! Had a facial / massage with Bex, she is so talented, Riverhouse is so lucky to have her, highly recommend booking with her! Bed is super comfortable and garden view is gorgeous!

We only booked the restaurant for dinner (did not stay in the hotel) - food choice is poor and wine list while extensive is crazily priced - 4 times mark up - on a positive service was vey good and staff are very friendly and the river view is beautiful.

Just love this hotel. So cool. We got married here in July 2008 so slightly bias. Great location & hotel bar with DJ playing on Friday night when we stayed. Staff very helpful and attentive both during booking and our stay. Breakfast was included and very good. We are thinking of returning annually.
