Geronimo on the front desk is always so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Morgan at the bar - Wow- most excellent cocktails and a lovely lady to boot. Beautiful drawing room/bar created a wonderful ambience. No wonder we visit frequently!

I would have given 5 stars however there was an issue with our room, however this was sorted quickly & professionally. The staff were first class, very helpful and polite, they couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent location overlooking the river. Amazing copper bath, extremely comfortable large bed, best nights sleep in a long time! Great breakfast too. Definitely would stay again.

I had no idea there was a singles night happening when I arrived, but Rex at reception truly made our evening exceptional. He quickly sorted out a table for us and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If you happen to visit while he’s on duty, consider yourself lucky!

Brilliant stay and the restaurant was incredible. Amazing service and the copper bath was a lovely luxury. Only thing is there was no milk for a cup of tea but I’m sure they would’ve got me some if I’d asked.

Lovely hotel on the Riverside a stones throw away from Bars, Restaurants, shopping and Transport links.
Stayed in the Cosy room which were ample for space and was very clean.

Fantastic, characterful hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff - we wanted to have drinks in the bar, but it was full, so Rex happily brought drinks up to our room. The room was also extremely comfortable and quiet, despite overlooking the street.

The team at Bingham Riverhouse was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. They were proactive in making sure we had everything from equipment to refreshments, and their level of professionalism really stood out. We also took full advantage of the on-site dining options, and the food was absolutely delicious! The Riverhouse Restaurant served up a variety of options, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It’s clear that quality and sustainability are a priority here.
