They won't let you leave your suitcase there. What's even worse is that even though it's a hotel, there's no water in the shower or taps. I stayed there for two nights, but there was no water, so I couldn't brush my teeth or wash my hair. Other people said that the water cut-off was more than just a one-time thing, so I guess the water supply is cut off on a daily basis.
There was no refund or compensation for this.
It was the worst hotel.

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities for a night's stay. The only thing that is not provided in the room is a hair dryer, but you can borrow one at the front desk. It has good access and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets, giving the impression that it is located in a high-class residential area.

The room was the smallest we have ever stopped in. It was nothing like the advertised room and was like sitting in a box. The windows were frosted over so you couldn't see outside. Very claustrophobic. When complained, we were told that all the rooms were all the same size and that they were designed for business people not tourist. We had even upgraded to standard plus.

Great rooms. Very clean. This hotel is situated in an ideal location which is very central. Service on front desk very helpful and great local knowledge.
