We road weary travelers found clarion pn the internet from the interstate. Booking was easy. Checkin was easy. Settling in and getting a good nights rest was easy. Finding plenty of breakfast options desirable tasty and satisfying was easy. Enjoying the checkin staff who got us on the first floor and mentioned free cookies was way too easy - lovely lady who took her time, made us feel welcome, and ready to meet our needs. Checkout fellow was equally friendly, informative and nice to chat with. Even the breakfast women was nice and kept breakfast stocks and the areas clean. Clean room, all apparatuses in working order, plenty of towels and crazy thick cushy pillows. A good nights sleep came easy. We were delighted with this hotel: its easy and guest friendly manner, its cleanliness, its amenities, and its friendly staff. Wish we could find more like it!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel ALOT. Walk up to the front door, smells like cat piss. Walk inside and the lobby is nice, the guy at the front counter was watching tik tok the whole time he was “checking me in” which consisted of him asking my name and handed me a key card without tell me where my room was or what number is was. When I got to the room the window was wide open (that’s not supposed to open). The curtains had mold on them, the bed had dead roaches around it, and the room stinks. Go to the front to switch rooms, second room smelled just as bad and the mold on the curtains was worse! Got a refund and left immediately.

A group of 30+ individuals (adults) and 30+ kids aging from 3-12yrs had an amazing time at this place. The workers were very accommodating. We all loved the pool. It was safe quiet and clean. Front desk and management was very nice and informative. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The hotel is not that bad, it's the staff. One front desk receptionist gave out too much information about a previous stay, because of having the same last name. The manager tried to hit on my partner. They are messes and the manager is thirsty, she's looking for a man. When I check in, I shouldn't be asked or given any information about my personal life outside my reservation. Won't be staying there again.

I had stayed here before when travelling. The front desk employees are always friendly. I had a room with a comfortable bed, fridge, wifi, and cable TV. The air conditioner worked. Breakfast included bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, apples, and oatmeal. The price is what I wanted to pay. The only negative was it took a while for the water to become hot in the shower. I will stay here again.

We stayed in a luxury well known hotel on our trip not knowing about this hotel; but this hotel beat that 10 to1, it was more than expected, friendly staff, neat and clean room, nice continental breakfast. I will pick this brand of hotel before I even look towards that other well known, high price, no perks hotel.

Don't waste your money on this rundown hotel. We had to wait 30 MINUTES to get hot water in our room. When I called front desk, they said "you have to let the water run!" I told them it had been running for some time, and I didn't have time to wait any longer. When I reported it again to a different clerk upon checkout, I was told "We've been having problems with that. Guess we need to check into it." Ya think??? There was no apology for inconvenience or offer of compensation.

Updated and clean. Very nice young man checked us in. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was so-so but a Cracker Barrel is very close. Only downsides were that the bathroom is very small and the Wi-Fi was not reaching our room. If not for that would give 5 stars.

Hotel common spaces were clean and well-kept. Breakfast was standard continental fare. Rooms are mostly renovated as far as furnishings and decor, but have a very old temperature control system with dials. Hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings, but I didn't see anyone staying in the farther one. No elevator. Many entrances, but some did not require a key card to enter - they stayed unlocked which seems a bit unsafe. However, the area wasn't sketchy, so it was fine.
