The Saturday breakfast was horrible. They didn't have regular standard hotel breakfast. No orange juice, no scramble eggs and many others. At check-in I have to wait for a long time before I was attended to because only one lady at the front desk was on the phone upon arrival. At checkout nobody was at the front desk. The breakfast kitchen lady was very rude when I asked why their breakfast was poor. The food was very cold. I wouldn't go back there again even for free. On the hallway there were stained dog poop that wasn't properly cleaned. The room was okay and clean.

The staff was friendly enough, but the overall vibe was very depressing. The lack of basic amenities, such as decaf coffee or even conditioner, signals the low standard the hotel is aiming for. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., and even before that, items like coffee and plates were constantly running out. On top of that, we found hair in the shower stall upon check-in. Combined with the hotel’s location—no Starbucks or stores nearby—it makes the property far less attractive.

Our stay was ok.
The stay was a one day stay. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. The lock from the bathroom door was broken. Our stay was ok.

We booked a one night stay. Overall really nice hotel. The only issue we had was the hallway on our floor was really warm. Our room was nice,clean and we had no issues. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but it smelled good. The staff were professional and courteous to us.

I stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast buffet was only up a running 2 of the days I was there. I also had to find someone to clean the room. However the person at the front was so kind and so overworked.
