This hotel is right inside the airport. The next day I went to the US to pass through customs, which was just downstairs. It was so convenient. The hotel was very clean. There was a young painter painting at the door, which gave people a very warm feeling. I will stay here again next time I transit.

I took my dog on a cross-border trip. I had a one-night stopover at Vancouver Airport and continued my domestic flight the next day. I chose Fairmont to stay. Fairmont is pet-friendly. When they saw me dragging the airline box, they immediately came over to tell me that I could cut the seal and let the dog out. They also told me that the lawn behind was for the dog to use. They were very considerate and thoughtful. After I checked in, they promptly provided the dog with food and water, as well as a bed, which solved the embarrassing situation of not being able to bring dog food into the country on international flights. Other aspects were also in place.
