The environment is very good, and there are convenient Chinese restaurants around. It's a 10-minute walk to the light rail station. It's just not very friendly to people who are afraid of noise. The first time I was assigned a corner room, the window faces a vent (Figure 2), and the wind is very strong and it's still very noisy even with the window closed. I reported it to the front desk and was immediately assigned to another room, but it faces the road, next to the elevator, and there are continuous machine sounds. The triple buffs are fully stacked. I reported it to the front desk again and had to change to another room type, and it was still facing the vent, but it was on the upper floor of the vent, so the noise was a little bit smaller... At this time, I was too tired to bother. The Indian staff was very casual (or can I say rude?), and they didn't care. I asked for a quiet room at the beginning, but I was not satisfied after three attempts. They just kept turning the dial and moving it, and they didn't take the guests' requests to heart at all.

The location was a little bit far from some destinations luckily you can use their airport transfers to go in and out the hotel. Their tv is old, not much entertainment. You have to go down and ask for toothpaste which it should be given on your arrival. Staffs at the counter was okay, one was a little grumpy. The driver was really nice and friendly.

I stayed here for a day because I had to catch a flight early in the morning on the last day, and it was okay. I was in trouble because the shuttle suddenly stopped running, but they called a taxi for me. (Of course, it was about 20 minutes later than expected^^;)

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are lots of restaurants around and other shops at walking distance. The sky train is about a 12 minutes walk away. The hotel offers shuttle service to airport at no extra charge.
