The house is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very courteous and helpful. He waited outside to receive me and show my room at late night arrival at 1:30AM . Highly recommend.

Close to YVR
Our stay was very nice! Comfy bed. David was a great host. We will stay here again if we need a place near YVR airport

Very nice and quiet place close to airport
Nice B&B in suburban area. Easy to reach from the airport. Close to Fraser River and and rural park, a nice option for a walk (10 minutes to the river, 30 minutes to the park).

Thanks David!
David is an excellent host. He thought of everything to make us feel comfortable. Cereal and other breakfast things were available 24 hours as well as bread and peanut butter to make sandwiches anytime of the day. That helped us a lot. David also called a taxi For our early morning, pick up for the airport. Our king bed had a nice firm mattress and we had a large bathroom. Only about 15 minutes from the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet neighborhood
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how quiet the area was and that was a big plus. My only criticism was that it was too hot in the room. I turned the heat off at bedtime but it never got any cooler. If we stayed again we would open windows sooner.

Overall: I’m afraid that this is a little overprice given the quality of the property.
Good points: The guest room was clean. The services provided by staff were very nice.
Negative points: The quality of the overall property is very different from the photos.
The entire space of the property outside the guest room smells bad.
