We’ve never stayed at a Microtel before but tried it because the price was so good. It was perfect for an overnight where you just need a good night sleep in a comfy bed and a nice clean shower before checking out the next day. Check in was pleasant and friendly and the room was cozy and more than comfortable. Breakfast was a full breakfast and included with the stay. Everything was clean and perfect.

Disappointed that the hotel didn’t acknowledge Diamond benefits. It was like they never checked anyone in that had status. No room upgrade, late check out offer, drink/snack offer. Rooms are dated. Loud AC. Employees smoking outside the main entrance. On a positive, other hotel guests were friendly. Would not return.

We'd stay here again.
The room was very pleasant, though the drapes had spots that light could shine through and the keycard was difficult. Everything else was fine. We understand the building is scheduled for a renovation soon. That will undoubtedly make a big difference. Breakfast was certainly adequate and served for a good while.
