5 out of 5. Well maintained albeit older property. Polite professional staff. Quality amenities. Excellent stay. I am in hotels around 300 days a year so hotel quality matters to me more than most. Patricia at the front desk was polite, kind, professional, and a testament to the hospitality industry! Well done IGH Richland, I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The Holiday inn express in Richland was s one of my favorite hotels in Richland, because of their quality people.

Great breakfast, I was staying with my husband for our anniversary but they allowed us to bring the kids in to swim even though the kids where not stay the night with us!! Great staff!! The jetted tub was nice and it was huge 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!!
