LivAway Suites Tri-Cities- Richland

This is a very new hotel, very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The accommodations however, bare-bones and not worth the rather large price. They say online (with picture) the place has a full kitchen, not true!, no plates, no coffeemaker, no silverware, no cups saucers and or paper towels. You purchase them either in house or at Walmart. I would rename the place Say-away suites! Also due to the very bad window blinds, they even mimic Hotel 6 and leave the light on all night for you. I would caution anyone who has stayed in a respectable long-stay hotel suite not to consider this hotel.

What can I tell you about my perssonal experience at LivAway Suites? A hotel's location is crucial, transportation hubs also sits at the top of the list as very important, as well as the need for a concierge who is irreplaceable making your customer service the essential for new up and coming hotel . A prime location can enhance convenience and reduce travel while luxury and as well as first class customer service are what keeps a hotel business thriving as they re customers continue to come back Room quality is something I look for right away when I walk into a hotel room. And with the LiveAway suites the rooms are spacious welcoming and very much so a place where you can relax though in my busy executive life it's hard to find the time flip through a few channels and enjoy the luxuries of such an exquisite hotel, but I do not even watching the clock as I make it a point to interact with staff . By making myself a regular at Livaway suites I find it amazing how the hotel staff are always willing to go above and beyond to help and accommodate my needs . It isnt everyday you have the opportunity to meet such high spirited- outgoing -professionalism who as staff love their jobs and take pride in their attributes in costumer service Every time I know I'm to have business meeting in the Tri=Cities i waste no time in finding out rather or not if Livaway Suites has any vacancy's . Even my staff that I work with, take most of my trips with, lodge with, and share some of my most trusted collages. That I share my most intimate plans and ideas with also commend the Livaway Suite’s staff for there hard work and dedication towards accommodating us as out of town visitors. Oh let me not forget how the Livaway Suites has awesome executive rooms that especially cater to business travelers, offering work-friendly features such as a dedicated workspace, high-speed internet, and access to executive lounges with complimentary refreshments and business services and local guides. Their are many Hotels that offer a variety of accommodations to cater to the different needs and preferences of travelers. But unlike the Livaway suites there is no comparison . Id definitely find it extremely difficult having to find somewhere else as true to their accommodating services and customer service skills . So thank you Livaway Suites for your friendly comfort and hotel managed ways of making a person feel like home away from home

Easy check in !

Convenient and a great price. Hotel is newer and was clean. Was a bit noisy with being able to hear doors opening/closing, music in other rooms and a train that runs behind the property. Nice kitchenette, but need to bring your own dinnerware/cookware or purchase at the property. No hair dyers available in case you are used to using those typically provided by hotels.

I didnt like the fact we got a room we didnt reserve. I didnt reserve an ADA room with dirty floors and a dripping noise that kept me up all night. Nor did i appreciate that i had to ask for additional towels because they only provided enough for 1 person when it was a family of 4. This place didnt even have coffee machines in the room! Glad it was just 1night
