"Traveling north and decided to stay here. Walked in and asked for a room and was put in a room that was very outdated and smelled terrible. I asked for another room and that room was worse… We ended up leaving as this is not a proper representation of a Hilton property. Front desk worker told me she couldn’t give me a refund and didn’t think I’d get a refund. Wow, I was there 15 minutes and what about that 100% Hampton guarantee??"

"I never even got the chance to stay at the hotel due to them having a double column list of bank/cc they don't accept. I attempted to cancel my stay and they weren't trying to assist with that. All I was told was to contact the booking company and they would refund my payment. Well nine of this has happened and I tried 3 times to get my money back and they gave me the run around about timing as if I hadn't tried multiple times to cancel"

"The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again."
