Air Conditioner malfunctioned and we were very uncomfortable. I reached out and was told they would open a repair ticket. They never followed up again. I reached out 2 more times and finally a day later had to contact ******* to be changed to a different facility. ******* was the only entity that tried to fix this issue. Thank you ******* for your help.

Not a Hotel. Someone’s apartment
I was not expecting to go to an apartment. I was expecting a 4star hotel. It was like a someone rent out their unit. U call them n they unlock the door and tell u where the keys is kept. The key to enter the property did not work. Some resident of the property had to let me in after I went to my car.

We stayed here over the summer for a few days. First the communication to try and get the code at check in was not provided right away. They kept saying someone would call and give the code. It took an hour for a call back. We get to the apartment and the maid is still cleaning so we waited in the hall for about 15-20 min. When we gained access after the maid left. We did our walk around and the showers were dirty, glitter on the couch, stools at the island were sticky and the worst was the sheets for one bedroom were damp. Never again

Great location and space!
The room/apartment was amazing. Very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both bedrooms, lots of closet space. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping. My only complaints would be: the parking (the designated garage is a bit of a walk, you have to park on the 7th floor and the elevator was broken!); only getting 1 key fob (my group did different things so it made it challenging to try to make sure we could get in/out as needed); not having 24-hr customer service (the internet went out in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to get any assistance because it was so late). Overall, I would stay here again!
