Simply the best experience. It was my first time visiting, there was such a beautiful warm welcome from the amazing staff with a lovely fruit plate. They helped carriage y luggage to my room. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. They always checking of you are okay or need anything else. The General Manager is such a warm loving person who came to check if I needed anything. I had the most beautiful experience here. Quality, presentation, the welcome, the staff are excellent. I will definitely be coming back. This is my new home when travelling for business. I love it here.The rooms are so clean, neat and well presented.

The family room we were allocated to was dirty. The headboard had dust, toilet paper holder had greased stains, the floor had hair, the glass sliding door was also dirty, the curtains were stained and something was stinging us (not sure if the place had bedbugs or what). We checked out before time and requested for a refund which they did pay us for the remaining night. We had to drive back home since we did not sleep well due to being itchy.

The team was absolute magic! Okay, transport was a bit of a trek, but apart from that, I was happy with the food. I didn't their food was THAT GOOD? Dinner was a solid 10/10! The reception playlist was on point, and Amanda at reception? STAR of the show! ⭐️

The place is dirty windows and balcony is very filthy the pictures on the internet are deceiving. Staff is friendly but I will never book there again.

Had a very bad experience with Indaba. I bought voucher which included a night stay, massages, welcome drinks, buffet, rose petals etc. The spa was amazing but no welcome drinks, we didn't get the buffet we had to order and adding more money while the voucher included the buffet and definitely no rose petals. We were so disappointed I don't wanna lie. That was the day I ended buying these vouchers from their (Mowana Spa) it's just a waste of money. When you get there you don't get everything that's included in the voucher
