Paid for 3 nights , due to a medical emergency I could not make the first night ,,,, The sold the following 2 nights to another customer , no offer of a refund. no rooms left , Travel lodge did not care , said its in the small print ...... at best Morally wrong ,, at worst fraud and theft

There are hotels closer to our location in Leominster, and this travelodge is quite far if you dont have transport, however it is very quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was well located with a Starbucks/mini Asda in the car park and a lovely country pub across the road. Only downside was the car park which was full of massive pot holes.

Cilia, Jaz and their team are the most amazing hosts and helped me in my hour of need from the flooding and road closures. Very grateful for all their help. Fast service with a big smile. Lovely room, very clean and warm. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
