We have stayed at this hotel over the last 10 years on our way to Canada, always a good experience. Breakfast is above average, rooms always very clean and staff is very accommodating

Extra charges are ridiculous and leaves a bad taste. The hotel charged $51 for a minor date change when priceline entered wrong date.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice! There is no elevator or pool so that might be something to be aware of. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, very clean and updated hotel. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. Staff was very willing to make sure we had a great stay. We had requested an adjoining room and they honored that request. Lots of pillows and very comfortable beds.

I departed the property at 5 AM the day after my arrival and requested to cancel the next day's reservation since I was checking out due to a family emergency. I was informed that I would be charged for the full reservation due to booking through *******. This means I ended up paying for an extra day despite not utilizing the service. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a service I didn't use.

Weekend business trip
The hotel was newly renovated. The rooms were updated with new carpet, beds, appliances, lights etc. The breakfast area was also updated and offered an excellent variety of hot and cold breakfast options. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
