Hotel Residence Veliero

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia di 5 persone in questo residence sia a Giugno sia a Luglio e siamo rimasti impressionati dalla gentilezza e dalla professionalita di William e dei suoi genitori sempre pronti ad ascoltare le esigenze piu disparate dei clienti e a trovare sempre soluzioni adeguate in tempi immediati. Sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta extra! Il residence e’ posizionato nella zona piu bella di Riccione vicino il porto e a pochi passi da viale Ceccarini e viale Dante. Le camere assegnateci erano spaziose, funzionali e ben arredate, cucina e bagno comodo con tutti i comfort. Noi pranzavamo e cenavamo quasi in veranda , perche c e’ un balcone abitabile che serve tutte le camere molto comodo e utile per stendere biancheria, costumi e teli mare. Colazione eccellente servita dalla proprieta’ con tavoli sia all interno sia all esterno in un giardinetto incantevole e molto curato. La struttura accetta volentieri gli animali. Pulizie quotidiane con cambio biancheria sempre fresco e pulito. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Bravi tutti!!!

Anche quest'anno abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni in questo Residence. La posizione è ottima a due passi da Viale Dante e da Viale Ceccarini. Nel prezzo sono compresi la pulizia giornaliera che è sempre effettuata con molta cura, la colazione molto ricca anche con torte fatte in casa, e il posto auto. Il Residence è di proprietà di una famiglia che lo gestisce anche con grande attenzione e cordialità verso i Clienti. Infine da sottolineare il rapporto qualità/prezzo che a mio parere è eccellente.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia su consiglio di un’amica. I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed è un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca la libertà di un residence insieme ai servizi di un hotel. Il servizio comprende la colazione ottima con dolci preparati in casa ed il riassetto giornaliero. Nell’appartamento si trova tutto il necessario per cucinare. Si trova a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia e nello stesso tempo in zona tranquilla . Complimenti ai signori Tina, al marito ed a William ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Beautiful experience! The structure is very beautiful, located in a strategic position between the sea and Viale Ceccarini and, above all, very clean. The family that runs it is very kind and helpful, they made us feel at home. Having spent Easter at the property, we were given a very welcome thought: a chick made entirely of chocolate found in the room upon our return from a walk at the seaside. Breakfast is also very good, the cakes and biscuits made by the owner are a great way to start the day in the best way, together with their joy and friendliness. We will definitely be back, truly a wonderful experience!

We rented two apartments for a total of 6 adults and three children. Very well maintained facility. Located practically in the center, or a few hundred meters from Viale Ceccarini and the sea. The apartments are clean, beautiful and sufficiently spacious: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (with induction) and fridge, bedroom, bathroom and large balconies. In short, everything you need. Nice and working LCD TV and wifi network finally as it should go in a hotel, i.e. fast and stable. The structure is family-run and it shows in the good sense of the word. Courtesy and availability are at home. Parking practically under the hotel, very convenient. Simple but very good breakfast (with homemade cakes and fresh croissants) which is eaten in the rooms on the ground floor adjacent to the hall (where the bar is also located). Prices in my humble opinion very good. In short, nothing to say. Personally I recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is very central and allows you to reach the station, the sea, the metro and the main shopping streets in just a few minutes on foot. The rooms are more than large, real mini apartments with kitchenette, table and sofa. Not recently built, but still functional and very clean. Breakfast offers a limited choice, of sweets only, but with all quality and mostly homemade products. Overall I would perhaps have given 4 stars, but the fifth goes to the courtesy of the management, which is completely familiar. The quality/price ratio is also very high, so I would go back and recommend it.
