Hotel 2 steps from Viale Ceccarini. It has a parking lot available to customers, an outdoor pool and a relaxation area with billiards and table tennis. Spacious and clean rooms. Surrounding area slightly noisy in the evening, but it is obvious being in the most popular area of the city. Recommended for both business and family trips.

Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana al Concord. Premesso che a Riccione veniamo da 8 anni ed abbiamo soggiornato sempre in alberghi molto conosciuti nella zona, come il Lungomare, l’Atlantic, Ceccarini Suite Hotel, Hotel Roma… Ma se devo tirare le somme mai sono stata bene come quest’anno. Il Concord coniuga tanti elementi che ci hanno fatto apprezzare tantissimo il soggiorno. In primis la zona. Sicuramente la migliore. L’Abissina secondo me è la zona più elegante di Riccione. L’albergo si trova a 50 metri da viale Ceccarini. Ed a 100 dal mare. Ha una comodissima piscina sempre aperta, le camere penso siano state appena rinnovate, nuovissime e super belle, il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile…ma il pezzo forte è la colazione!!! Ne avevo sentito parlare ma descriverla non rende. Una vastissima offerta tra salato e dolci..tutto super buono. L’unica pecca per chi non li ama (come mio marito) sono i materassi molto molto morbidi. Ma per qualcuno può essere positivo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino di 8 anni ed una bimba di 6 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’albergo ha anche una sala pappe.

Hotel in una bruttissima posizione personale scortese siamo arrivati e con un raggiro ci hanno estorto 300 € in più per la camera, dicendo che mia figlia non era stata segnata giusta nella prenotazione. colazione, insoddisfacente personale veramente ma veramente pessimo. oltretutto, a distanza di un mese continuano a chiederci altri soldi che mancavano per la prenotazione veramente comportamento scorretto io sconsiglio vivamente.

Hoewel we al decennia lang geregeld onze zomervakantie in deze “Groene parel van de Adriatische kust” doorbrengen en zo in tal van hotels hebben verbleven, kunnen we stellen dat ons verblijf dit jaar in dit hotel Concord toch wel uitzonderlijk was! Zowel qua ligging als qua sfeer, qua comfort en qua service mag dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevolen worden! Je verblijft wel hartje stad maar het strand ligt niet eens op 100m van je hotelkamer. Bij de de onthaalbalie wacht je een warm onthaal en vanaf dan staat de hele staff steeds klaar om je te bedienen of om antwoorden te geven op eventuele vragen of om probleempjes te verhelpen die zich tijdens je verblijf zouden voordoen. Om toch een klein minpuntje te vermelden,(maar daar ligt de verantwoordelijkheid niet bij het hotel): het nachtelijk werk van het stadspersoneel om de straten tegen de volgende morgen weer netjes en proper te maken, verloopt erg luidruchtig en is dus storend! En ook de losliggende bestrating dient dringend aangepakt te worden! Hier komen we zeker terug!

Sono tornato/a all’Hotel Concord dopo un soggiorno molto positivo in passato, ma devo dire che questa volta l’esperienza è stata leggermente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle. In particolare, ho notato un calo nei servizi offerti: ad esempio, non vengono più forniti i kit per la cura personale (spazzolino, dentifricio, ecc.), che invece ci si aspetterebbe in una struttura di questa categoria. Sarebbe opportuno ripristinare queste piccole attenzioni, che fanno la differenza nel comfort del soggiorno. Un’altra nota riguarda la camera quadrupla, che abbiamo trovato poco funzionale: il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo per quattro persone e rende complicata la gestione quotidiana, soprattutto per famiglie. Nel complesso l’hotel resta in una posizione ottima e il personale è cortese, ma qualche miglioramento nei dettagli e nei servizi sarebbe auspicabile per tornare agli standard di qualità a cui ci aveva abituato.

4 adulti ed un bambino di neanche due anni, per la prima volta in questo hotel, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ampie stanze (direi nuove) con aria condizionata facilmente regolabile, bagno con doccia maxi, ricchissima colazione a buffet (dolce e salata), sala giochi per bimbi e cucina attrezzata per loro (aperta 24h): per noi sono state utilissime. Parcheggio coperto a 150 m. (a pagamento ma con prezzo onesto), possibilità di cena a buffet con diverse scelte, spiaggia convenzionata a poche decine di metri, ben gestita e con persone gentilissime (bagno n. 76). Una menzione particolare alla cortesia di tutto il personale dell'accoglienza dell'hotel (grazie Martina!) e del personale della sala colazione/ristorante (con il maitre Ivan a ben gestire). Qualità colazione e cena: ottima. Insomma, tutto è andato per il meglio, e questo hotel sarà un punto di riferimento per il futuro.
