Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio una settimana in questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti! La struttura e’ a due passi dal mare e a 10 minuti a piedi in passeggiata verso il centro. Abbiamo optato per una camera tripla con balcone laterale vista mare, ampia e pulita. Bagno finestrato con cambio asciugamani quotidiano e pulizia della camera effettuata tutte le mattine! Il vero punto di forza della struttura e’ però il ristorante e tutto lo staff che lo porta avanti! Avendo prenotato con formula pensione completa abbiamo avuto modo di valutare colazione, pranzo e cena! Tutto buonissimo e cucinato espresso dallo chef Giuseppe! Buffet dí antipasto sempre ricchissimo con grande varietà di pietanze! Ultimo ma non per importanza ci tengo a congratularmi con tutti i ragazzi dello staff ristorante per la professionalità, simpatia (anche con i bambini, cosa non scontata) e competenza dimostrata durante tutto il soggiorno, dei ragazzi veramente bravi da struttura sicuramente con qualche stella in più! Posizione eccellente fronte mare, in zona centrale tra il porto e Viale Ceccarini. Camere pulitissime, con micro clima perfetto. Le persone fanno la differenza, all'accoglienza e al ristorante. Disponibili, empatici, solari. La cucina dello Chef di quest'anno è eccellente. Al Mon Cheri si sta una meraviglia.

Posizione perfetta; pulizia delle stanze impeccabile. Ahimè ho riscontrato poca empatia all’accoglienza ( si vede che non sono del posto, la spirito romagnolo è ben diverso ) e scarsissima organizzazione sia nella gestione dei pasti sia nel venire a conoscenza dei servizi offerti. Qualche dubbio sulla qualità del cibo . Per il prezzo pagato l’aspettativa era più alta. Non credo tornerò.

Ottima posizione, buona cucina, camerieri e cuochi molto gentili. Molto da migliorare nell'organizzazione e coordinamento dei servizi e nell'ascolto per il loro miglioramento: la camera ci è stata consegnata oltre le ore 14.00 e non era pulitissima; l'abbiamo acquistata per il prezzo "fronte mare laterale" peraltro da aprile, ma il mare non si vede proprio; comodino fatiscente, coperchio water ballerino; avevamo l'all inclusive, ma per ben due volte su 6 GG. le donne non hanno ripristinato l acqua nel frigo; all'arrivo, non vengono illustrati i servizi di ristorazione, di utilizzo del parcheggio, ecc.; direzione poco cortese.

Sono tornata per la quarta volta negli Hotel del gruppo Leardini a Riccione e anche stavolta la attenzione all’ospite e’ stata sempre al massimo ; la offerta del gruppo e’ ampia e davvero per tutti i gusti e tutte le età ; abbiamo dormito al Moncheri e chiesto di avere pranzo e cena al " Sesto piano" di altro hotel del gruppo, il Lungomare , data la spettacolare vista sul mare : massima disponibilità’ da parte di Annalisa che dalla reception del Moncheri dirige tutto con discrezione , sollecitudine gentilezza ; le camere superior vista mare sono rinnovate e spaziose -ottima la grande doccia in marmo - e sempre accuratamente pulite ; si puo’ scegliere fra la piu’ trendy spiaggia “le Palme “oppure il più’ tradizionale Bagno 90 e anche qui la ospitalità’ romagnola e’ un must . Torneremo sicuramente a settembre , consigliatissimo .
