Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni e purtroppo non vedevamo l’ora di tornare a casa. Ho dato 1 punto solo per la posizione e il cibo che si riconosce essere di qualità. Ma tutto il resto non è assolutamente da hotel a 4 stelle. La nostra stanza era comunicante con un’altra e si sentiva tutto (rumori, voci..). Il bagno aveva il lavandino e alcune piastrelle della doccia crepati, è datato e con una doccia davvero poco spaziosa. La stanza di per sé è di normali dimensioni. Abbiamo pagato anche qualcosa in più per avere il balconcino per stendere costumi e teli umidi e ci entrava a malapena una sedia per quanto è stretto. Personale di sala abbastanza serio e impreparato se non per qualche figura. Si notava il proprietario particolarmente nervoso con il suo personale.

Super convention aziendale , posto stupendo e plauso speciale allo staff, 10 , 100 ,1000 Aldo per promuovere l'accoglienza Romagnola che ci ha investito con la gentilezza e la professionalità che tanto ci era stata decantata. Tornerò sicuramente con la famiglia

Esperienza molto negativa: furto in camera Desidero segnalare un episodio gravissimo accaduto durante il mio soggiorno presso l’Hotel Cristallo di Riccione. Ho subito un furto all’interno della camera: è stato sottratto del denaro che avevo lasciato nei pantaloni, tra i miei effetti personali. Naturalmente il furto è stato immediatamente segnalato alle autorità competenti e ho sporto regolare denuncia presso la Stazione dei Carabinieri di Riccione. Invito tutti i futuri ospiti a prestare la massima attenzione e a non lasciare oggetti di valore incustoditi in camera. È inaccettabile che episodi del genere possano verificarsi in una struttura alberghiera. Condivido questa esperienza per senso di responsabilità verso altri viaggiatori. ⸻ Giuseppe

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con due bambini di 6 e 2 anni. Hotel pulito e personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Cibo non all’altezza delle 4 stelle assolutamente (a parte la colazione). Camere piccole e molte senza balcone (spazi davvero ridotti, compreso il bagno!). Ci è rimasto in mano un pezzo di finestra perché faticava ad aprirsi e siamo rimasti un giorno intero SENZA poter aprire la finestra! Purtroppo abbiamo causato un piccolo problema perché il piccolo, nel giocare, ha rotto la TV. Lo abbiamo subito comunicato in reception per correttezza (in quanti lo avrebbero fatto?!?) e ci hanno fatto pagare SUBITO 199 euro sulla base di una fattura di acquisto di 6 mesi prima. Tutto questo è stato fatto dalle signore della reception perché il direttore o qualcuno dei piani alti NON SI È PALESATO NEMMENO!! Abbiamo chiesto fattura e di detrarre l’IVA poiché un’azienda poi la scarica e ci hanno inviato fattura di 189 euro ma non abbiamo ricevuto indietro nè i soldi dati in più e nè l’IVA anzi non rispondono più nonostante le mie mail. Comportamento veramente vergognoso e inaccettabile da segnalare! Abbiamo trovato persone molto più umili in hotel di categoria più bassa!
