Sono stato colpito positivamente dall’esperienza trascorsa all’interno di questo Hotel, specialmente nella terrazza “The gold” al settimo piano della struttura. Una vista meravigliosa su tutta la riviera romagnola, all’orario del tramonto il cielo si fa rosa e tutte le sue sfumature rendono il soggiorno ancora più romantico ed affascinante. Il personale ottimo, gentile e sorridente, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio e domanda, attento ai dettagli. Ragazzi giovani ma ben formati, accontentano qualsiasi richiesta, e creano un atmosfera giusta mettendo il cliente a proprio agio. Ottimo lavoro. I cocktail spettacolari, il barman sa il fatto suo! Hanno una signature drink ben curata e innovativa. Si nota la professionalità e lo studio dietro ogni cocktail. Bravi ragazzi. Il tutto l’ho accompagnato con un aperitivo a base di sushi, che dire, semplicemente wow! Non avevo mai mangiato un sushi a questi livelli e probabilmente non sarò più in grado ad abbassarli. Lo chef mi ha fatto vivere una vera e propria esperienza. Un’esplosione di odori e sapori che poche volte ho provato in vita mia. Tutto preparato al momento e cucina a vista. Il pesce è veramente fresco e lui riesce a combinarlo in maniera impeccabile. Veramente tutto impeccabile, dalla sala, al bar fino alla cucina sushi. Due ore sopra al “The gold” sono coccole che creano dipendenza. Sicuramente tornerò a trovarli, sono stato veramente benissimo. Grazie a tutti ragazzi!

Très bel hôtel très bien situé. Attention cependant aux objets laissés dans votre voiture quand vous la confiez au voiturier... malheureusement je m'en suis rendu compte une fois parti... Dommage pour un 5 étoiles d'avoir à subir ce désagrément. Malgré un mail envoyé, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse...

Siamo stati all'Hotel Promenade in occasione del Rimini Wellness e devo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, elegante ma accogliente, e la nostra suite era semplicemente impeccabile: pulita, ben curata e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno rilassante. Essendo un personal trainer ho approfittato della palestra dell’hotel, e con grande piacere ho trovato uno spazio ampio, ben attrezzato e davvero all’altezza anche per chi, come me, cerca qualità anche negli allenamenti fuori casa. La colazione è stata uno dei momenti più belli della giornata: vista mare spettacolare e atmosfera rilassata. Se possiamo dare un piccolo consiglio, sarebbe perfetto offrire qualche sfoglia in più al buffet, ma per il resto è stato tutto ottimo. Anche la SPA è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: curata, pulita e con un’atmosfera davvero rigenerante, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo giornate intense in fiera. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marco, che ci ha coccolati sin dal nostro arrivo (eravamo arrivati molto tardi il primo giorno, verso le 22:00) e poi durante tutte le colazioni e i pranzi al Promenade. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento, ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua gentilezza e professionalità. È stato davvero un weekend perfetto, grazie ancora per l’ospitalità Marco! Torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel nuovo sul lungomare di Riccione. La nostra camera era affacciata sul mare ed aveva un balconcino con una bellissima vista.Malgrado la tappezzeria color oro la camera era piuttosto semplice.C' era molta tecnologia dal funzionamento cervellotico. Il ripasso serale era solo su richiesta e si limitava al cambio asciugamani. La colazione é stata mediocre per i primi tre giorni e buona all' ultimo giorno ( venerdi). Si percepisce che l' hotel é in mani straniere.Manca il " touch romagnolo". Spiaggia convenzionata, bagnino e parcheggiatori eccellenti. Torneremo certamente.

Siamo stati al ristorante al penultimo piano ( piano sesto) dell’albergo. 1-Cibo fantastico davvero buono e attenti anche alla presentazione ( ostriche - insalata di campo - sorpresine pasta - risotto allo champagne con gamberi - millefoglie ) un piatto più buono dell’altro. Il pane fatto in casa. Entree dello chef a base di zucca - fiori di zucca e formaggio ( spettacolare !) 2- RATZ un cameriere strepitoso ! Molto capace - attento e scrupoloso! 3- MICHAEL lo chef.. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscerlo .. persona molto in gamba e semplice allo stesso tempo .. disponibile a parlare e a confrontarsi ! BRAVO ! 4- Marco il responsabile di sala fantastico ! Un vero padrone di casa ! Non abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso albergo ma ci verremo al prossima volta al 100%! Trovo davvero intelligente e commercialmente efficace posizionare i ristoranti all’ultimo piano dell’albergo . Sembra di essere in una città del mondo … Bravi !

Sono stata con amici al 7 piano the gold per un aperitivo e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ottimi vini consigliati dal sommelier che ho trovato molto competente e davvero gentile. Abbiamo preso del sushi, mai mangiato così buono e di qualità, complimenti al sushi man. La vista è mozzafiato e la location è molto elegante e curata. Assolutamente consigliato.
